All the beds were uncomfortable and squeaked. The queen bed actually had a spring that popped. The clock on the wall had no batteries and didn’t work. The detached bathroom shower door was crooked. The couch is lumpy and uncomfortable. The patio furniture is old and torn. Overall disappointed. The owner really needs to put some time and money into replacing furniture and updating the unit.

Spring Break

The property was very well located and we loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. The view was incredible. If you plan on cooking I would recommend bringing or plan on buying spices and cooking oils. We did go to Walmart which was close but forgot basics like salt and pepper. Great spring break!.

The overall stay was exceptional to the point that we purchased membership! Thanks to Chris for calling me the day prior to arrival as we booked via VRBO and not the resort. The room was exactly as pictured and described. The only suggestion is to upgrade the toilets so they won’t be so low and to add rails in the shower for the elder or handicap.

We had an incredible stay! This is one of the best condos I’ve ever been in, so roomy & the views were incredible! We had a little trouble figuring out that the front desk for the resort was the front desk for our VRB. Once we did, questions were simple. The kitchen is loaded with everything but does not have any spices, oils, coffee or filters (standard basket) so be sure to pick them up on your way. Icemaker in the refrigerator works and that was handy.We absolutely loved this resort and the condo and would highly recommend it. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location and lots of options within walking distance. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Multiple pools on site, or you can simply walk down to the beach and hop into the Atlantic.15 minute walk to Barefoot Landing with numerous shopping choices.The unit itself needed some tlc. There were a few items left behind from previous renters meaning the housekeeping staff doesn’t thoroughly clean the unit between renters, to include a woman’s scarf we found behind the bed and lots of dust accumulation. The en-suite shower was riddled with mold, as was the water spout on the refrigerator. Also, the front door did not automatically lock behind us. You had to turn the dead bolt out and back in from the inside to get the latch to lock when you left. Overall, for what we needed, which was a place to sleep and a base of operations, it was perfectly adequate. The unit was big enough to give us all our own space without feeling crowded.
