Great location and prefect place for a couple of solo travelers. The bed was comfortable and the space had what we needed. Walk to restaurants, the state park, and the lake.

Charming little efficiency in a great location. It's conveniently close to the main entrance of Watkins Glen State Park and only about a 15–20 minute walk to the waterfront. Plenty of places to grab food and coffee. The host was friendly, responsive, and very communicative throughout the stay. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Great locale for hiking Glen Haven and very close to restaurants. It is a converted garage made to feel cozy. The courtyard is shared by the main house and only has 2 chairs available . Clean and comfortable but lacking in charm.

Great little spot, my son and I had a wonderful weekend of hiking and fishing. This place was a perfect location only a couple blocks from the state park, restaurants and shops. Super easy check in and check out, highly recommend!

Perfect little spot for a young couple to stay and explore the area. We were able to drive 30-40 minutes from our place and find ALL kinds of wineries, antique stores, breweries, and even visited Cornell University of Ornithology and the Corning Museum of Glass. There are also plenty of hiking spots within 30-40 minutes, as well as restaurants and bars. Great location! Communication with Diane and Erik was superb. They were helpful and extremely reaponsive and gracious.

This property is clean and cozy, close to downtown Watkins Glen. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to everything you would need.Great place. We look forward to a return trip!

Great little spot

Our first visit to the area was very enjoyable. Stayed in this cozy lil place that was just right for my wife and I. Good communication from host, we'll definitely be back!

Watkins Glen Quaint

A convenient and quiet location and the room is very inviting. Very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there and I would recommend it to anyone. When I checked out I had not read the checkout provisions and I regret that failed to clean the coffee pot and to turn off the AC.

The only issue we really had was due to technology. I had never received the email with the entry instructions (it was sent I just never got it for some reason), so when we arrived to the house at 8pm we could not get in. The hosts were out of town in a different time zone so it took some time to get ahold of them which was scary in the moment but no one’s fault and the host were very kind with helping us get in. The house was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. It was clean and provided everything we needed. We had no issues with parking right next to the home. It is connected to a main house that also gets rented out and sometimes those kind of set ups can be awkward because you don’t want the other renters to feel like you are in their space and vice versa but the way these are set up it honestly doesn’t feel like a guest house. we never even saw the other renters except one time when they were entering the gate to the back yard which is next to the guest house entrance. I definitely recommend staying here if you are a couple or a duo looking to explore the finger lakes!

Wedding overnight

As soon as we arrived the place seemed nice but right away we noticed the ceiling leaking and it was apparent it was a reoccurring issue bc the floors were soft to step on. No door mats so unable to keep floors clean when walking in the door. The bathroom faucets are installed backwards. The hot is on the cold side..vice versa. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable which caused a not so good nights sleep.

Room was exactly like the photos. Quaint studio to spend a couple of nights while exploring the area. Location was great. Walkable to everything in the cute little town, especially the entrance to the State Park. We definitely recommend hiking the gorge trail if you are able. It was very cool. Also, you can taste local wine in the gift shop.The bed was very firm - and we prefer a more squishy mattress - but that may not matter to others. Also, there's no dresser or anywhere to put clothes when you unpack other than hanging everything in the closet, but there were lots of hangars.Nickels BBQ place was great for dinner. And 29 Neat bourbon bar has an incredible selection. Wineries and breweries along the east side of the lake were plentiful.
