My home is very family friendly so if you are interested in a quick relaxing getaway you have come to the right place!
Come relax by the heated salt water pool in the spacious backyard.
With beaches less then 20 mins away. The entire upstairs will be yours as I do have tenants downstairs everyone do have their privacy. The pool and backyard will be for you and yours. *pool is opened mid May 21st and closed midweek September. (Pool is seasonal)

Wonderful home with a beautiful pool in West Babylon. Host Sheena is very welcoming and a great communicator. She responded to my questions during our stay within a few minutes. There are smart TVs in each of the three bedrooms, and a large flat screen in the living room with three couches to comfortably watch a movie or sporting event with friends and family. Comfortable beds and impeccably clean throughout the house. The outdoor area near the pool has several lounge chairs, a table to eat outside, and a lighted gazebo with seating for at least six people. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a great stay. All the amenities you will need. The pool and the property was beautiful. The home was extremely clean and perfect. The owner was easily reachable by text. Will stay here again.

Lacrosse weekend stay

We stayed at this property for a lacrosse tournament. It was perfect for us! The property was lovely. Nice big living space and beautiful pool! We loved it! Thank you.

Perfect place

We were in town to visit family and enjoy a baby shower. This place was the perfect location for us. Sheena was a great host. The house was clean and spacious! She had cabinets labeled which was supposed surprisingly handy. The back yard was beautiful too! Highly recommend this rental and will rent again when we come back into town!

Truly a home away from home!

The house was so beautiful and very convenient, perfect size for our family with a lovely backyard for spending family time! The house has every necessity from silverware to air fresheners making the stay feel truly luxurious and very comfortable. The backyard In ground pool was perfect for swimming and having fun with a lovely backyard area for hang outs as well. Great communication with the host, and the home was located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood!

Wedding weekend

This house was very well maintained I was a little sad that we couldn't spend more time hanging out in the house due to visiting for a wedding and being very busy. Sheena took care of the smallest details taking it to the next level. I also would have loved if it was pool season, we'll have to come stay during the warmer months for that.

Holiday

This property was the perfect relaxing end to an otherwise very busy holdiay in Boston and New York. We stayed for 3 nights and could happily have stayed longer. The house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We spent most of the time in the large garden area which had an amazing pool and lots of seating options for a relaxing family time. Local shop, ice cream parlour, pharmacy and restaurants all within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again. Many thanks Sheena, Helen and family. UK

I rented with my elderly aunts so we could attend a family event. The house was perfectly located for our needs. Very clean and Joe’s Italian Market was a 5-minute walk. Great market! I highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small and a little unsafe. It’s a deep tub and no bar or tub mat, Be careful. One bathroom for 4 was challenging because of size. You are given 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper. So bring extra. Biggest challenge was bedroom with 2 twins. No access to closet and no where to put suitcases. Okay for kids but if your party is adults only not conducive at all. You are literally on top of each other and with no space for luggage a stay longer than 2 nights will be onerous. Kitchen was supplied adequately but not amazing. Small Keurig provided for coffee and tea which was nice.You are given 1 roll of paper towels. So bring extra if staying longer than 2 nights. Bring a box of tissues and napkins. None provided. No washer and dryer, so not ideal for a longer stay. No guests after 9 PM among other rules made me feel like I was a teenager being scolded on how to treat a house. Overall, it met my needs but a little pricey given room sizes, limited amenities, no welcome book with how to’s, wifi, and restaurant recommendations etc, rules were a little over the top. I wouldn’t call it a home away from home. It’s a clean rental in a middle class neighborhood.

Hi there, Very sorry you felt the rooms and space were small and didn’t meet your expectations. The 2 big bedrooms did come with luggage stands for your suits, those two rooms did have big closet which you did have full access to. The bathroom is not built for the elderly, if that were a concern you should’ve asked that question before booking. I do believe my listing is very clear, stating theres no washer or dryer. Sorry you left like a teenager with my rules but every house you rent will have their rules and restrictions, unfortunately that was one of my rule. WiFi information is on the wall inside the house. Also all that was sent to you in the welcome guideline. Thank you very much for choosing my home!

The Pool was almost as expected. However, what did not meet our expectations were the mouse droppings found at poolside. Dirty lounge area. Limited towels. No outside bbq lights for evening. No propane. Five Cameras on pool and yard/home . The ad was changed between booking and check-in date. Shared property, not notified prior to stay. Family living downstairs with a dog, had access to upstairs. Only need front door code to enter home. No other door lock. Undesired communication through the cameras, privacy concern. Window lock broken in living room. No washer and dryer. House rules provided a day before check-in. Rules included removing bedsheets from unprotected stained mattresses prior to checkout. Guests need to leave by 9 PM. Quiet time is 10 PM. Limited household supplies. Uneven floor between kitchen and dining room. Keep the blinds closed in the bathroom, because outdoor area for the downstairs is right outside the bathroom window.

Sheena was super! Sheena allowed us to check in early (2 Adults, 3 older teens)!Home & property were exactly what we needed for our vaca. We are originally from LI & usually stay w fam, so happy we did this! Would definitely stay again!Was very , very relaxing.We loved everything about this home!Did not like:Having to fill the propane tanks for grill & firepit. They were empty & I already drove 8 hours. BOO

This is an amazing home for a small family or group, the backyard is nothing short of a paradise. The location is great especially if you enjoy Fire Island Beaches. Our host was easy to get ahold of, very reasonable and respectful, house was clean, spacious and comfortable as well. 10/10 recommend!
