Weekly Farmers markets. Local Breweries, Wineries and Museums including the Vanderbilt Estate with a fun Planetarium. And the world-class Paramount Live Nation venue is nearby. “Seaside” is conveniently located an hour from NYC and the East End of Long Island. “Seaside has it all! Enjoy!

“Seaside” is a 2 story Beach style home with great daylight. Private yet convenient within a few minute by foot to the Village. You can also walk to the beaches and parks. The LIRR has a stop 5 minutes away. Boat slips are available next door
