I can absolutely recommend this property. It is one of the best properties I have ever stayed. Our host Terri was very gracious and helpful.

Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! My husband worked remotely one day and even though there is a bit of construction nearby it was still very quiet. Attention to detail was spot on and we felt very much at home! Thanks so much for the fantastic place to stay.

Great Stay!

My husband and I spent a week and a half at this property and it was perfect for our needs. Terri is a great host and the property had everything we needed. It is clean, very tastefully furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped for when we wanted to cook. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

Perfect location, accommodations and super nice hosts!

Exceeded our expectation! Home was nicely decorated, comfortable and located close to all highways. Terri and Ed are very nice and super attentive to every question, provided excellent recommendations!

Host is very communicative and the property is as described and beautiful. All the little things are thought of so even if you’ve forgotten something it’s likely already there for you. We loved our stay and would definitely consider again if in the area!

Great little spare apartment 15 min from Boulder

We had a great time here. Nice new build neighborhood with shops within walking distance and only 15 min from downtown boulder. Hosts were wonderful. Room was very fresh and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Outstanding

Unit was excellent (and new), and perfectly outfitted with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient to the Denver/Boulder corridor. Top notch in every way. The host was easy to work with and highly responsive.

Amazing Guest House

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the hosts thought of everything. We have rented over 15 properties through VRBO and this one was best in terms of comfort and quality. The location was very convenient and there was shopping, grocery stores and restaurants very close by. Would definitely return!

Great stay

Spent 8 nights here with my son for a Colorado hiking adventure. Terri and Ed were so nice and welcoming! They were very accessible if we had any issues, but we had none. The place was spotless and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to do which was mostly hiking in Boulder and Golden. We hope to stay again someday as there is so much to do in the area. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.

Top tier host and home

Came to see a concert at Red Rocks. Location was perfect. Home was brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautiful. Most of all hosts have a Masters degree in thinking of everything! Plenty of luxurious towels, kitchen had all we needed to cook, brand new appliances, even had earplugs in case spouse snores😃. Trails and shopping so close you can walk. Hope we were good guests because this home is top of my list! Thanks so much.
