You found it! The perfect blend of comfort and style in our detached Carriage House, in Prospect - voted one of the best neighborhoods. It seriously is a great neighborhood. Recently updated with midcentury modern charm, this thoughtfully designed space offers a cozy yet modern retreat. The neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants & shops within less than a five minute walk.

Located in the perfect spot... 20 minutes to Boulder, 45 minutes to Estes Park & the Rocky Mountains, and 40 minutes to the airport.

This carriage house has all the amenities, including a Moccamaster coffee machine, AC, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The queen-size bedroom has a full closet; the living room couch also has a full-size bed to accommodate additional guests. After a day exploring the mountains, or shopping on Pearl Street, unwind on your private balcony.

Well appointed, comfortable stay in a gorgeous neighborhood, walkable to meals and serene for a restful night’s sleep. Property was so beautifully landscaped and Owners were accessible and so gracious. Highly recommend and plan to stay here every time we are in town.

This little charmer had everything we needed and more! The unit was fully stocked with everything necessary to cook, bake, and live our best Thanksgiving week. It was spacious, comfortable, and had such a fun, eclectic, artsy style that made me feel right at home. I also felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hosts were wonderful—communicative, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fabulous

Fabulous location, fabulous carriage house, fabulous hosts!! We stayed in Longmont 2 nights and loved the spacious and comfortable apartment and the cool vibe in the neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful and so accommodating! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we plan another Colorado trip!

Great walking neighborhood with a great little restaurant within 250 ft of carriage house and a 5 minute walk to a wonderful coffeehouse.

Great hosts, awesome space, cool neighborhood

Mitchell and Jodi were so much fun to talk with, and they made the space feel like our home-away-from home. The decor is quirky and creative, yet classy. And the pre-stay communication with Mitchell was fantastic (very important for a Type A planner with lots of questions!). The Prospect neighborhood is charming and lovely. This was an excellent adventure!

Our stay was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and offers nearby coffee and food options. We travel a lot and this was our favorite place we've stayed because of the combination of practical and decorative elements. Host communication was great. The home was clean and organized. We felt right at home. I grew up in Boulder and appreciated how many windows there were because we got to enjoy that Colorado sunshine! I highly recommend this stay for any individual or pair traveling to Boulder, Longmont, or the surrounding areas.

Vacation

The house had everything we needed. The living room was cozy with a balcony that was perfect. The bed was amazing and we slept well after long days of hiking. If you come during June you might get to enjoy a concert on the host front porch like we did. It was amazing! I highly recommend this house and we plan to come back.

We had an incredible time in Longmont. We were there for a dear friend’s wedding, and our hosts made us feel right at home. The home was immaculate and the accommodations were spectacular. Mitchell and Jody really showed us a great time and we could not suggest this listing enough! And their dog Estes was a cutie! Thank you thank you!

Super Friendly!

My teenage son and I visited Longmont and had a great stay here. The hosts were very helpful and attentive, made sure we had all we needed, etc.. I'd be glad to book with them again. We had dinner and (I was able to walk down the hill for a beer at the end of the day) at one of the little neighborhood eateries, and my son managed to take a bus back to the house from downtown Longmont (a mile or two away) one afternoon when I had a meeting and he just wanted to get back to the unit. A great stay.

Mitchell and Jodi are consummate hosts! They both have an incredible energy and made us feel welcome immediately. The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. Our hosts had plenty of recommendations and they were so spot on with the restaurants and activities. The pups’ were a wonderful bonus! We highly recommend a stay at the Tenacity Carriage House!

What an unexpected delight this stay turned out to be! We booked it for a quick, last-minute concert trip, and ended up completely falling in love with Longmont, we’re already talking about coming back.The space is so cute, cozy, and quaint… honestly even better than we expected. It had everything we needed, and I slept so well, always the true test of a great stay.Estes and Mitchell were both incredibly welcoming, it made the whole experience feel warm and personal right from the start.This place just has that charm you hope for but don’t always find. 10/10, would absolutely recommend, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfy, roomy for a 1 bedroom, natural light, privacy, nice kitchen, high ceilings, plenty of windows, a great space! The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. The location is close enough to Boulder, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver.

We are Jodi and Mitchell, and we came to Prospect in 2020 to live in our happy place! We love Colorado and this neighborhood. It’s an amazing place to walk, hang out and see the Rockies from our house.
We were Super Hosts and then had a renter for 2 years. But we’re back and love having guests here.
We like to spend time gardening, bicycling, going to live music, traveling and hanging with our pups, Estes & Eloise.
