Great cottage for our stay! Well equipped, comfortable bed, ample room for our dog, and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and Douglas/Saugatuck area by car. Would stay again. Thanks much!

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. We spent 4 nights with our 2 dog. Good location to go everywhere we wanted to go, easy to get too. Walk to rock beach. Awesome beer Everywhere

We loved our stay. We had two young children and the yard was perfect to run around in. There is a beach about 7 mins walk away (there are a lot of steep steps) but it was amazing! They included firewood already set up for a bonfire. Everything was clean and peaceful.

This is such a sweet little cottage, with cozy decor. Its about 12 miles from everything but the seclusion and deer heards are breath taking. Beach access is so close but you might need a wagon if your are bringing chairs, towels, little ones etc. The neighbors are also very pleasant.

The entire property was clean and tidy, The kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for the two of us and centrally located for exploring South Haven and the vineyards we wanted to visit in the Fennville area. Jaqua Realty was terrific and promptly answered any questions or concerns we had. We would recommend this property and stay again if we are in the area.

Amazing and Relaxing Stay

This place was so cute and quiet. All the amenities were amazing and made the stay 10x better! I would come back and recommend this place to anyone! Super cute neighborhood as well!

Michigan Trip

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the “Lucky Penny.” We loved the aesthetics and warmth of the cottage. The kitchen and bathroom were so clean and updated. The front porch was so cozy and our kids loved the outdoor space and hammock.

We stayed here the week of our wedding at Black Sheep Shelter. Loved coming home to the string lights illuminating the yard at night. Easy to use key code entry. Good water pressure and hot water. Would stay here again.

Great Getaway

This was the perfect size home away from home. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Saugatuck and South Haven yet nice and quiet area. Loved having coffee on the porch and walk to the beach.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway with my husband. The location is perfect for enjoying our favorite breweries and hiking. I would definitely recommend this house/area.

Relaxing & restful

We found this property’s location to be very relaxing because it was in a quiet neighborhood. It was surrounded with trees & the beach wasn’t far away! It was convenient to the bigger towns around it! It was just the right size for my husband & me!

Sweet cottage in the woods

The house was clean and very cutely decorated. It was easy to make yourself feel at home. Would have loved to enjoy the wonderful fire pit and the stars above, but we had events to attend (our reason for being in the area).

Nice little cabin and great location

It was a wonderful little cabin and the location is great if you don’t want to be in with all the crowds. The communication from property manger was a little confusing but they responded quickly. The place inside was wonderful .. needed more towels and the sleep sofa was not sleepable. Overall great little get away place to stay!

Hi Eloise, we wish you would have told us you wanted more towels as we could have easily dropped some off. That is a brand-new sleeper sofa, so we are sorry to hear that it was uncomfortable!

Couples getaway

We had a wonderful stay! There had been a town wide power outage before our stay and the hosts were so accommodating to help get the fridge running again. They were kind, with quick responses anytime we needed anything! Lots of brew pubs, beautiful hiking, antique malls, small town shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back! The house was the perfect size for 2 adults. They had dishes, coffee, & extra amenities.
