The Roost at The Southerner

Adorable pet-friendly cottage within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer. Main room offers a gas fireplace, TV and full kitchen with a pull-out loveseat and space to dine. Queen bed in bedroom, ensuite bath with shower and laundry room. A/C, ceiling fans & shady location. Private parking and outdoor garden area. Perfect stay for a couple + 1. Be sure to take advantage of the popular restaurant The Southerner right next door. The restaurant can be quite busy in the summer so there's fantastic people watching from your private patio but it ends service at 10pm so no late night noise or commotion.

The Roost at the Southerner is a cute, comfy, clean cottage, cozily nestled in a corner of paradise. It had everything we needed and more, including a heated bathroom floor. We could easily see ourselves living there. Looking forward to our next stay!

The Roost was Perfect! Clean, cozy and just a few blocks from town so easy walking on sidewalks to get to town. I would stay at The Roost again and would highly recommend it to a couple traveling to this area. The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures don’t really do The Roost justice. It is a really cute cottage with everything you’ll need. It’s close to all the fun in Saugatuck!

This was Very clean. Amy was easy to reach and responed quickly, less than 1/2 hour. The Roost is as discribed. Would stay again.

My husband and I (and our doodle) had a lovely stay at the Roost! The Cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is great and downtown is easily accessible on foot or a short car ride.

Perfect location. Close to town and beautiful Lake Michigan. Great restaurants and many art galleries. Doe and 2 fawns were close by!

Lovely stay

Such a cute place! Loved being walking distance to downtown while having the peace and quiet of a neighborhood and so convenient to pop over to the Southerner for a night cap!
