The large, private deck features an outdoor dining area, gas grill and sundeck with oversized market umbrella. The private outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach!

Well-appointed great room boasts fine design details, including new deep sofas, impressive custom built-ins and large flat screen wall mounted HD TV and high speed internet.
Master Bedroom includes huge walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom between them - the first is a Queen bedroom with view of yard and ocean. The second features two twin beds. On the lower level, there is a newly constructed bathroom and additional twin bedroom.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Our home is only minutes from the South beaches - it's a wonderful walk. We are also only a mile from Cisco Brewery, and just past that to Bartlett Farm (where we can get anything we need without going to the big market). The best, fresh seafood on the island is also right down the road (167 Seafood) which makes avoiding the hustle and bustle of downtown easy.
