The Browns Point Mini Bungalow is above detached garage, with private entry and use of your very own large patio space (with small cafe table and Adirondack chairs). The view is spectacular. The Mini Bungalow is very private and not too close to main residence on property. It is walkable to dining options, grocery store, lighthouse park, dry cleaners etc..

This is a clean, attractive little apartment, well stocked with amenities, above a garage in a beautiful, calm neighborhood in northeast Tacoma. Barry is a very helpful and communicative host, and we highly recommend the place for others.

Great little garret space, a good home base for exploring Tacoma, especially for a solo traveler. When Google maps steered me wrong (tip: if it to adds "NE" to the street address, you'll end up in the wrong place), Barry answered my texts right away and helped me get to the right spot. Check in/out were easy.

This little bungalow was a perfect launching point for all my activities in the area. Very comfortable, very quiet, and easy access. The bed was comfy, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the little kitchenette was great for making a cup of coffee or a quick snack. Most important to me, the hosts were excellent communicators and very helpful in planning my travel. Would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area!

Barry met us on our arrival with a warm welcome. His tiny garage attic place had all of the basics. And a sweet decor. Great location.

Great location, very small rooms. Beware of the slanted ceilings for anyone over 5 1/2 feet tall. The bed was uncomfortable, mattress not sitting correctly on the frame. Hopefully they get it looked at. Nice host, answered when I called

Barry and Shannon were great! The cute bungalow was just right for my partner and I to stay at during the holiday weekend. Restaurants and the nearest city are near. The view is gorgeous with boats and the ferry on the water. We watched the sunsets and sunrises.on the patio. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy the nice view.

Great little place!

Perfect for one person or two. The view is awesome. They have a cute little patio. I had one little issue with the shower and Barry was right on it and came to get it fixed. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic little property with beautiful views of the Sound. Loved not being in the craziness that is downtown Seattle, but it was a close enough drive the distance for the concert at Climate Change Arena wasn't a big deal. Barry is great with communication. I would absolutely stay here again.

Barry was a great host. Very clean.We did have some sugar ants, would pop up at times.Barry gave us some traps for.Beautiful view. Because of the slanted ceilings. Made it Uncomfortable at times.Would have loved some hooks in the bathroom.Barry was easily reached.Deborah, Bill

Perfect for the two of us!

The Browns Point Mini Bungalow was just perfect for my wife and I on our visit to spend time with our daughter, son-in-law and new grandson! Barry is an awsome host and very responsive with all our needs. Clean and easy to find in a very nice neiborhood. Beautiful views of Puget Sound from the kitchenette window and private deck. Would stay again and highly recommended for 2. Dave & Peggy Palm Harbor, Florida

It was one of the best apartments we have stayed in and after doing a 5 month road trip earlier this year we’ve stayed in many. The attention to details is wonderful, it was cozy with a stunning ocean view and a spacious bathroom. It has all that’s needed for a short. Barry and his partner are very gracious hosts and their correspondence was always immediate. We will definitely be back as our family live very close. Thank you.
