1-bedroom Lakefront vacation Unit just 13 minutes from Tacoma Dome

Charming lakefront home built in 1903 as a boys gymnasium, converted into 12 separate apartment units in the 1950 s. This one bedroom unit, is located on the 2nd floor with spectacular views.

Originally a gymnasium for a boys school, this charming 12-unit apartment complex, sits on a spacious lakefront lot (close to 1 acre property), in a residential neighborhood. This unit is on the 2nd floor, no elevator and can sleep 2. It has a bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 bathroom. Unit has a living room with a small kitchen and dining area.

This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. No elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, toaster, coffee maker. There is a deck, on the 2nd floor right outside the unit with amazing views. Paddleboard, kayaks and canoe can be used to relax on the lake and watch the sunset or get some exercise.

There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy on the lake, it is open for fishing during season. You may enjoy seeing ducks and eagles as you enjoy the lake from the dock.

A very quiet neighborhood on a pleasing lakeshore in a spacious apartment with the essentials for travelers. The on-site hosts were friendly and accommodating. We found good restaurants nearby and it’s easy to reach Tacoma locations. A relaxing stay.

This apartment was lovely. Lovely view of the lake, convenient to everything, yet still quiet. Our hosts ere fantastic. Highly recommend the property. Would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended to others.

This vbro is amazing. Like serenity in a bottle. Everything about hospitality in one place. They have thought of everything to make your stay magical. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have nothing on this place. Thank you for the suggestion of coffee on the dock we took you up on that idea and now want to become bird watchers.

We were in the area for a state track meet for our daughter and had three long and busy days. It was wonderful to come home to a comfortable place to stay! The property grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. I wish we were able to spend more time!

Great little one bedroom appt on the water. It was perfect for my husband and I. And the views were so pretty. Very local to lots of shopping and eats. We will totally use this property again. The hosts were very responsive and very nice.

Beautiful, quiet spot

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and out view of the lake. The apartment was roomy and bed very comfortable. On the hot days the ceiling fans were wonderful. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

Quaint and peaceful

We loved being able to sit by the lake and enjoy all the amenities included. Was close enough to the Tacoma dome we had no problems attending a concert during our stay and enjoyed the quiet later back neighborhood after
