It's especially popular with visiting parents, and families checking out the school. Besides campus, we're also an easy walk to popular food & beverage haunts and the Proctor commercial area. 6th Ave, Old Town Tacoma and the Ruston waterfront are nearby as well. This apartment features a well-equipped and skylit kitchen, desk/work space, a full bath and a large, comfortable common space/living area. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything North Tacoma and our apartment has to offer.

Great location, quiet, nearby restaurants, grocery, entertainment, Ruston Way. Main space huge studio setting kitchen, bathroom, office space separate. Gorgeous great host!

We had such a lovely time here - this apartment on the top floor of this home is spacious, clean, well-stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood of Tacoma. Matt was a great host - unobtrusive but very responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend, and will stay there again next time if we can!

Nice loft Appartment near university of Puget sound

Great apartment in quiet location ear UPS. Easy access to Proctor, downtown and waterfront. Would definately stay again.

Perfect loft apartment in quiet, convenient neighborhood. Pet-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Can’t think of any way to improve it. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Large, airy, and very clean space perfect for me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some reading. Very quiet, and I did meet and speak with the downstairs resident and enjoyed that aspect of the stay. Thank you for a terrific stay in a very nice area of Tacoma.

Great space in a lovely neighborhood

Matt’s loft apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and the bed and all the furniture is super comfy. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would be very happy to stay here again anytime!!

Loved this place!

This place was incredible! It is in such a gorgeous area of Tacoma — the surrounding houses were all beautiful, and there is an amazing coffee shop (Lander coffee) within walking distance. And the house itself was great! Well stocked, clean, and a lot bigger than I would have expected! We met the owner a couple times and he was amazing — super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

The loft apartment is like a furnished attic with wonderful slanting ceilings - it has character and we loved it. The beds and living room area are all in a big open space which is neat. The place was very clean, the owners very nice and responsive, and we were just blocks away from the University of Puget Sound

Large, lovely studio apartement. Well stocked seperate kitchen, large, light filled living/sleeping area, with comfortable beds and furniture. The apartement is nicely laid out with comfy gathering areas, and a semi private nook if you need to do desk work. Thoughtful basket full of towels, blanket and a hair roller if you bring your furry friend. The neighborhood is clean, friendly, quiet and very walkable. Matt is considerate and responds quickly to communication. I will definitely come back.

Outstanding place. Super quiet, super clean, safe, easy, VERY responsive host. Everything you need whether you want to eat in or dine out. We were helping our son move into a new apt and were pooped. Bed was comfy, we slept great and did I mention it was quiet??? Matt made the check in/out process easy and quick. Since we arrived late at night and had to catch an early flight back, that was really helpful.
