Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, this gorgeous NEW construction 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home SLEEPS 8. Enter this fresh and bright new home beautifully appointed with modern coastal decor that is sure to be a refreshing backdrop for your vacation! Conveniently located a short two blocks away from beach access on the less populated end of Panama City Beach!
The main entry opens to a living space that peers out of floor to ceiling windows, bathing the living room, fully stocked kitchen and dining area with natural light. Just outside is a private side yard with deck space for additional entertaining. There is a dining space for 6 and seating at the island for three. On the main floor is a King Master suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaker tub and double vanity. Upstairs you have three additional bedrooms, all featuring a Queen bed. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an ensuite baths featuring a stand alone shower. For the other two bedrooms, there is a hall bath featuring a stand alone shower. All of the bedrooms and the living room have a SMART TV. Noted are accents of shiplap and natural wood that lend to a coastal feel. The homey spaces are rounded out with a neutral, yet striking palette. You will find this home is chic, yet comfortable for your group to enjoy!

Downstairs: King Bedroom with SMART TV and an Ensuite bathroom featuring a soaker tub and double vanity.
Upstairs: 3 QUEEN Bedrooms, each with a SMART TV. Two of the bedrooms have access to a hall bathroom with a stand alone shower and double vanity. The other Queen bedroom has a private ensuite bath with a stand alone shower.

For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer on the first floor. The parking pad accommodates two vehicles.
This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels or seasonings/spices. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.

This home has additional beach gear available. When you book your reservation you will receive an email with a credit based on the length of your stay. Apply that credit to gear of your choice such as bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, and more!

This home is less than a mile to some local Landmarks: Carousel is a one stop shop for groceries, packaged liquors, gift shop, plus wine and cheese cellar! Thomas Donut & Snack Shop has an incredible selection of handmade donuts and snacks of all kinds to suit your beach cravings!
