This updated kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new flooring. Great for family! Includes a privacy fenced backyard with heated pool and outdoor patio area.

Eight minute walk to Cocoa Beach and Pier! You'll fall in love with this beautiful place!

And to be perfectly clear, the property doesn't have a hot tub, if you see one, most likely is a glitch with the VRBO System. Thank you for your understanding.

If you’re reading this review, you truly need to consider a stay here … we stayed a night prior to our Disney Cruise and from the time of booking to the time we left the host has been wonderful and communicating with me from answering our silly questions & more. It is a very large home for a large group plus very clean, beautiful pool area. Can’t say enough about our stay!!

Great place to stay. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance and the host was very easy to communicate with. Pool was heated and had a cover over the top so there were no issues with bugs. Would stay here again!

This was a wonderful way to start our 3rd annualFamily trip. The home was close to the port, had wonderful indoor and outdoor space, and proximity to activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome rental property! The whole house is extremely well stocked and the pool is amazing! The host was very responsive and the location on the space coast is central to so many activities. 5 stars!

Location was great and on a quiet street just a couple blocks to the beach. The house had plenty of room for a family of four and 2 additional couples. Everyone especially loved having a private pool just steps out back. Dining and grocery shopping all close by. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Very nice. Pool was heated and 7 1/2 foot deep at the deepest. Walking distance to the beach or Sandbar Sports Grill. Short drive to any needs. Outdoor grill was a flat top and very clean. Quiet neighborhood that seems to have a few rentals. Loved it.

The host had great communication. The house was spacious, clean, and a delight to stay in. We really appreciated the extra linens and blankets available. We were a short walk to the beach and restaurants or stores.
