We had such a great stay! The property was just as described and even more breathtaking in person. Our host, Vanessa made sure to reach out about anything we may have needed, offered recommendations, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be right on the beach yet still have their own privacy.

Best host! She was very communicative always responded quickly and explained everything, even things I didn’t think about asking! When I’m in cocoa beach this is the only place my family and I will stay! We also got to see a rocket launch from the beach! We had Walmart delivered and McDonalds for breakfast which was super easy also!

Everything was wonderful and as stated in the description. The place was clean and inviting. Vanessa was an awesome host and we will quite likely go back again. Great beach, great views of a couple of rocket launches. We were very pleased.

We had a wonderful stay! Private pool, direct beach access, cozy rooms, clean and everything you need to make vacation easy. The property is in with a strip of homes so no large condo or hotels to make the beach crowded. Literally felt like a private beach. We will be back!

Great hostess

Our host and hostess were very welcoming and attentive. The location is amazing with the ocean a few steps away. Bonfires in the evening on the veranda, looking at and hearing the ocean! Lovely place!!

Our stay was exceptional! The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our furry baby had an absolute blast!This has been one of the best experiences we have had at any of the properties we have stayed at! I would highly recommend making this part of your trip. The location was as advertised and host was very responsive. The online checking and checkout times did not match what we were told by the host. The access to the beach was unclear and did not seem possible unless we trespassed.

Dear guest, we are confused by your review. There is no trespassing to access the beach, it’s on the property. We are an ocean front property. The backyard is the beach 🤷🏻‍♀️. VRBO PUT IN 3pm check in is 4pm, and we let you check in at 3pm without any hesitation. We thrive to provide the upmost care to our guests, and all our reviews reflect it. We stayed at this location after a busy week at Disney world. This was the perfect place for our family to unwind after a busy week. A pool my son absolutely LOVED swimming in and the beach just steps away for building a sand castle. We also got lucky and were able to see a midnight space x launch, so cool. This home exceeded ALL of our expectations and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Anyone looking to stay in cocoa beach, this is the place to stay! It was the perfect place to end our vacation.

Great relaxing stay

This was such a cute guest house and thoughtfully appointed. We had use of the central pool / lounging area and the fire pits. Proximity to the beach was amazing! There were many shared amenities which made it easy to stay here even though we flew in, such as beach towels, toys, beach chairs/bag/wagon. The beach was not crowded and was very clean - boys loved being able to use the boogie boards. Our host was friendly and gracious and had truly thought of everything.

Incredible Stay with Outstanding Hosts

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. From the welcome text, to making us a fire to telling us about the rocket launch. The home had everything we needed including pool towels, sports equipment and toiletries. The home and private pool was perfect for our family of five and we can’t wait to go back some day soon.

Perfect family vacation!

This was the best choice ever for a rental. Vanessa the host and her husband were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. They were super accommodating. The access directly to the beach was fantastic. Everything you can imagine for the beach was available. Tents, coolers, kids toys, surf boards, boogie boards. You name it , it was there. Pool was delightful and so was the rental. Anything you need, all you have to do is ask and she is more than accommodating in assisting you. Great for families. Our family loved every second. Will be returning for another stay soon

Great location . Very nice hosts. Kids spent the entire time in the pool and ocean and had such a good time. Close to cape canaveral so we were able to visit the Space Center one day. Definitely recommend

We loved our stay in the guest house, and the location was perfect, on the beach. We loved the pool in the courtyard because it was so private! The house also had everything we needed. We would definitely want to stay here again. But next time, we would love to rent the entire house and the guest house.
