The location is excellent, the property was comfortable and the layout was a good fit for my family and the communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Great location, walking to the beach. The unit is a little dated, and has some minor cracks in the ceilings, but overall it was perfect for what we needed. We loved the location and amenities in the unit. Not having to worry about chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc was a huge time and stress savings

Our stay was amazing. The facility was very clean. The condo was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. I would gladly stay here again! The only downside was that the pool closed 30 minutes before dark, we understood that this was not anything that the condominium could control it is a protection of the turtle thing. Michael R.

Everything was perfect with this rental. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living. Great view of the ocean and large pool. Communication with the host and management was easy. The grounds are well maintained. Would book again.

This was a fantastic location, central to everything. Very clean and well kept. The view of the ocean from the balcony and overlooking the pool was really nice. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and then some. It also had beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards. Ellie called to see how everything was. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Cocoa Beach Club. The condo is in a quiet area and the pool being outside the balcony and the beach being close was very nice.

Great location and place to stay

Great location, very short walk over to the beach/down to the pool. Convenient to Space Center, restaurants … It was very clean and well supplied with cookware. Rooms were large and well furnished. Beach chairs and toys also available
