The large boathouse is the heart of the lake experience. It provides room for your boat and features:

A boat ramp is located approximately ¾ mile from the property, making launching your boat convenient.

There is also additional boat parking with a nearby electrical hookup, providing extra convenience for guests bringing watercraft.

One of the best places to spend your time is the large screened porch overlooking Lake Martin.

With plenty of room for both dining and relaxing, the porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, gather for dinner, read a book, or simply sit back and watch the boats go by.

The eat-in kitchen is designed to make vacation meals easy and enjoyable. It features stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for 6.

For an easy outdoor meal, fire up the charcoal grill in the boathouse and enjoy dinner right by the water.

🛏️ Bedrooms

The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and its own TV.

After a full day of swimming, boating, fishing, and exploring Lake Martin, retreat to your private bedroom and relax in comfort.

🐾 PET POLICY & FEE

We love furry guests! Up to 2 dogs are welcome with approval.

A $150 pet fee per stay (per pet) applies, whether the pets belong to the registered guests or are visiting with your guests during your stay.

Guests must agree to our pet rules: Please do not allow them on any furniture or beds. Do not leave them alone in the house ever. Always pick up after they use the bathroom outside. Please keep them on a leash when outside.

The pet fee is due upon arrival at the home and can be paid by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or check.

Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs caused by their pets.

🌊 Seasonal Lake Access

During summer pool season (April–October), Lake Martin is at full water levels, providing excellent access for swimming, boating, and fishing from the dock.

From November through March, water levels are lowered as part of Alabama Power's seasonal conservation program. During these months, boats do not have access to the private dock.

Boats can still be launched from public boat ramps throughout the year, but during the winter months they must be removed from the lake each day.

Kayaks can be carried into the water year-round, allowing guests to continue enjoying Lake Martin even when water levels are lower.
