The Space:
Step into this simple but beautiful studio apartment in the heart of downtown Branson.

Enjoy the comfortabel queen bed and comfy futon that folds out to a full-size bed. Wind down to sleep, watching the 50" smart TV.

At mealtime, prep and cook in the kitcheneette. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning coffee from the coffee station with dual-function Keurig coffeemaker combined with drip coffeemaker, plus espresso machine and French press. You’ll have plenty of coffee and tea supplies.

You’ll love the convenience of no-cost on-site laundry facilities in the B-Building next door to your unit.

Outside building and landscaping are under remodeling construction. Construction hours are from 8 AM - 5PM.

Pets are allowed under 50lbs. $75 pet fee will be added

4. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to guest

There is construction on site. It should not hinder your stay but we want you to be aware of it.

Studio apartment sleeps 2 with possibility of 3. There is a queen bed and futon available in the apartment.

Our property manager lives onsite and is available if needed during your stay.
