Montecristo Estates is an exclusive gated community within the Pueblo Bonito Resorts. You have access to all the Pueblo Bonito properties including their pools, restaurants, and beaches including Medano Beach.

The house is perfect for large gatherings, such as bachelorette parties, guy’s golf trips, family gatherings and reunions, and weddings. You will have access to the exclusive Quivira Golf Club.

The space

The house has a large kitchen, dining area inside and out, two different living areas. 2 large Master bedrooms with king bed and private bath with large closet, shower, and jetted tub. The 3 bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom with a large bathroom with a large walk-in closet. The downstairs living room has a sofa sleeper to sleep an additional two guests. It has the privacy of a private house with access to all the amenities of a resort.

Montecristo Estates is an exclusive gated community set apart from the noise and crowds, but accessible to all of the wonderful activities and nightlife in Cabo San Lucas. The resort has miles of private white-sand beaches -- without all the street vendors, cruise ships, and watercraft to spoil the natural beauty of the coastline.

Villa has it own private infinity-edge swimming pool, two whirlpool spas (indoor & outdoor), a home theater system, a computer with high speed Internet connection, an outdoor BBQ and dining area, a gourmet kitchen with all utensils, a formal dining room, a living room and family room, and a 42' high def plasma television in the master bedroom!

It's only a short ride into town on the free shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Rose: where you can find beaches with gentle swimming waters, ATV rentals, jet skiing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, parasailing, great nightclubs (like Cabo Wabo & Hard Rock Café), movie theaters, shopping, and even more restaurants! The on-site concierge can also help with the booking of your golfing, scuba diving, whale watching, or other activities.


Guest access
You will have full access to all the Pueblo Bonito Resorts. As our guest you will have access to the Quivira Golf Club.

There are free shuttle services provided to all locations. Your room key will allow you to charge meals and drinks and check out towels while you are visiting other Pueblo Bonito resorts. With full access to all of the activities, babysitting services, pools, spas, bars, restaurants, beaches, and tennis courts on-site at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach (just below the hillside at Montecristo Estates)-- there is plenty to do right at the resort. The all-inclusive option is also available to you if you desire which includes House service but food/drinks at all the Pueblo Bonito Resorts and can be booked directly through the resort once you are authorized as my guest. There are onsite restaurants and 24 hour room service. If you choose to rent a car you have a covered parking structure at the house. The Pueblo Bonito Resorts include Blanco and Rose on Medano Beach (close to the Mango Bar and Office), and Sunset Beach.
