Located just 4 minutes from Walmart and under 10 minutes from downtown Minocqua, this updated side-by-side duplex offers peaceful lake living with unbeatable access to town, trails, and top amenities.
Whether you're in town for work, transition, or a long-stay retreat, Unit 1 delivers a quiet, fully furnished space that feels like home — with nature right at your doorstep.

Step into warmth and comfort with this freshly updated, cozy-rustic unit. Designed with functionality and relaxation in mind, Unit 1 features:
-2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and full linens
-1 full bathroom with provided towels, hair dryer, and starter essentials
-Open-concept living area with Smart TV, board games, and space to unwind
-Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, and essentials
-Dedicated workspace & high-speed Wi-Fi — ideal for remote work
-In-unit washer & dryer for added convenience
-With a private entrance and your own deck/patio area, Unit 1 makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the natural setting.
🌲 Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy your downtime with outdoor features that make this unit truly special:
-Access to Hill Lake (33 acres) – known for fantastic fishing
-Shared dock, fire pit, and 6 kayaks (5 adult + 1 kids kayak)
-Outdoor dining area + grill – perfect for summer evenings
-Quiet neighborhood with fenced-in dogs next door, adding charm, not chaos
Note: Dock, fire-pit, and kayaks are shared with Unit 2, which is also available to rent if you're traveling with a group. Contact us for availability and booking links.
Additional fees & requirements:
-Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and the booker must upload their valid ID. We also do require a $500 security deposit hold.
-We do offer early check-in and late check-out if available. The fee is $30 for each of those.
