Stunning 4 bedroom luxury home located in the resort town of Horseshoe Bay and 1000 feet from the stunning Slick Rock Falls. Sleeps 8 comfortable with two bedrooms equipped with king beds and two bedrooms with queens. The home affords you to stay in and relax and enjoy the shuffle board table, Golden Tee, Poker and a complete assortment of board games. Horseshoe Bay is a golfer and tennis players dream. With 4 courses inside HSB and several more within 20 minutes bring the boys and enjoy a golf weekend. Tennis anyone? Known for its many courts the area offers all kinds of opportunities including Any Roddick’s facility about 20 minutes away. Located on the constant level lake LBJ bring your boat or jet ski’s with the circular drive way it’s easy in and easy out at the house and the public boat ramp is 4 miles away. Lake LBJ offers less boat traffic that other Highland Lakes. Lots of lakeside restaurant’s and recreation. Did someone say wine? Great there are 15 wineries within a 20 minute drive so make it a ladies weekend with your girlfriends. The Bronco Ranch is 10 minutes away if you’d like to take an off road adventure in the all new Ford Bronco. Direct access to the host allows you all the local information you need and will help direct you to the right place for any of the activities and amenities the area offers. Last but not least we do not charge a cleaning fee like most hosts. We believe that you will take care of our home as we would. All we ask is that you put the dishes in the dishwasher. Take out the trash to the trash can and put the towels in the laundry room. Obviously we reserve the right to charge if you choose to neglect or damage the home in any way but as the country song says “We Believe Most People Are Good”

This is our second time to stay at this property. We came back because the house has the perfect floor plan for our family-4 adults and 3 children. The home is clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful home and has everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. We hope to book this property again. The host was very good at communicating with us.

We had a great time getting together with our family. We loved the house and it was spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the house and it was a very warm and cozy and we all fit nicely.

Very convenient

We had a 5 night stay while visiting Horseshoe Bay friends. Great location and close to the resort. Plenty of room for the 7 of us! Check out was so easy! Would stay here again.

Beautiful home located in beautiful surroundings. The house was very clean and comfortable. The floor plan is great for separate and private sleeping accommodations. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed a 4-night stay at this beautiful house. The house was modern and clean with a great layout for our family. The host responded quickly to any questions, and check in and check out were both easy processes. The location is unique in that it's in a neighborhood, but the house is set apart from nearby homes. So it was very quiet. Our son (and I) also enjoyed the Golden Tee arcade game in the house. Overall it was a ver pleasant stay, and we would not hesitate to book it again. Thanks!

Beautiful Home

This location is beyond was the perfect location to go visit friends at the lake. (Less then 5 min) This home is beautiful & roomy for my family and grandkids. The owner was very responsive and when I had questions or concerns and very courteous.

4th of July 2025

The weather didn’t cooperate with our 4th of July activities but this beautiful house was big enough to entertain our granddaughters. Our family was able to spread out have their our space. Everything we needed was available in this home. The owner was very responsive to my questions/inquiries. I would reserve this home again for our next trip to Horseshoe Bay.

Grannies weekend 2024

6 lifelong gal pals (52 years of friendship) met in Horseshoe Bay for our semi annual reunion. 2 came from east Texas, 2 from North Texas and 2 from central Tx. The house and amenities exceeded expectations; it was stunnng!! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and luxurious!! Kitchen had everything we needed. You will simply not find accommodations like this for this value anywhere!! I was hostess and they all said they want to come back to this house when I host next. Thanks Matt!! It was a no hassle place. Easy breezy.
