Pool Details: Indoor Pool: Daily 8 am-10 pm Outdoor Pools: Open for swimming and sunning from mid April through late October 8 am -10 pm, weather permitting. In the case of thunder, both indoor and outdoor pools close for a half hour after the thunder passes. Guests over the age of 18 may enjoy the fitness center.

The check in and communication during our stay was great. The grounds on the property are so nice--well taken care of and perfect for walks. Unfortunately, the property wasn't one of the newer ones.

The property was perfect for me and my family. I wish we could have stayed another day. The Host was available and responded to questions asked. The property was clean and will probably book again when we visit again.

Nice unit - not fancy but was comfortable and a good location with easy access to outlets and busch gardens.

Great location and host

Loved the location to Jamestown and Busch Gardens. Kids loved the swimming pool and mini golf. Very family friendly. Host and resort was quick with communication! Highly recommend!

Great Group Stay

Room set up was perfect! Great amount of space! Super clean and easy to book! Plus its super close to Busch Gardens, Downtown Williamsburg and Jamestown.

The locations and amenities were fantastic. The space was perfect for our 9 person family. The only problem we had was the floors in the kitchen needed to be swept and the frigerator in the one kitchen smelled like fish. They had baking soda in it but it was not being effective. The indooe pool was awesome! The hot tubs could be hotter.
