The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

This resort is a great offer on VRBO. Very clean and spacious, super convenient to Williamsburg and W&M. We made good use of the gym and pools as well.

As always we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and the kitchen well stocked. The on site amenities are perfect for children and the new park is great.

The check-in process was smooth, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was dated, however, very clean. The staff was responsive, however, we did have a noise issue with the upstairs neighbors and we asked to move, and there was no response. That was my only challenge, but it was a big one as the first night the upstairs neighbors arrived we had no sleep. I would stay here again because the initial Customer Service was very good.

We've stayed with Wyndham Kingsgate for a few years and just love the place. All the extra amenities. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the place but there was a lot of pot smoking going on. We were in the upstairs and the smell was coming into the upstairs and was overwhelming. I had my grandkids 5yo and infant with me and it made me nervous. We have never experienced that before but as we walked around outside you could smell the pot smoke in different places. Evidently no one was stopping this or cares. That's my only complaint. And that might be the only thing that would stop me from going back. If you don't mind the pot smoke and parties at night with screaming and loud music which I didn't care about that the rooms do keep the sound out and I'm not out late at night. Just had to go to my car a couple times and heard all the loud noises. But if you don't mind that then the rest of the place was great. I think I'll just make sure to never go back on a holiday weekend. Any other time I went was never on holidays may be why it was quiet and nice.

As always we enjoyed our stay and amenities. It's great having a heated outdoor pool for the kids that could use even in the cooler weather. The suite size with 3 bedrooms is perfect for our needs.

Made a potentially sad visit great

We were in town for a funeral over New Years. While we weren't in town for a great reason, this property allowed for relaxing, hosting guests, and being nearby family which made the trip the best it could be. Will absolutely stay here again when we visit Williamsburg.

This was a great stay for my family! The free arcade and mini golf were an absolute hit for my kids! There were so many kid friendly activities for my kids to choose from (aged 9&11). The amenities were awesome! The staff did attempt to get me to attend one of their Time Share presentations, but I was unable to join and was not interested. With just one firm "no thank you" they left me alone. The host was super responsive and the resort connected me regularly throughout my stay to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. We will definitely look forward to staying here again when we return to Williamsburg!

Everything was great!My son and grandson said the pool table cloth and the put-put golf tracks need to be upgraded; not easy to play either in current condition.

The resort is clean. The amenities are very nice and accurately represented. The people we rented from were courteous and organized. This is a timeshare. When you get there be ready for an aggressive, well rehearsed, high pressure sales pitch from Wyndham time shares. It’s part of “getting you your room keys and making sure you know what there is to do.” The people we rented from warned us, so we were able to walk away from it quickly. But Wyndham doesn’t make it easy.

Wonderful Family Vacation Week!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with our son and grandchildren over the July 4th week. The suite was roomy, comfortable, and fully stocked with amenities. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchnette which saved money on eating out. Beds were comfortable and the suites were clean. The resort amenities were fantastic--the outdoor pools are kid friendly, DJ music on the patio was fun on the holiday. We played mini-golf and the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort gave us a list of community events and nearby attractions which we relied on to plan our week and keep the kids occupied. Anytime we needed something extra, the resort staff was super friendly, courteous and accomodating. We've stayed in various resorts and hotels during our bimonthly bisits to Virginia Beach and Williamsburg and this was our favorite by far. We will be back!
