This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

It was ok not much hot water

Only problem was the hot water took for ever to get hot then when I was in it got ice cold

Would definitely stay here again

The listing was accurate, it was clean, the beds were comfy. The property amenities were nice, especially when traveling with kids. They knew we were bringing along a toddler and had a pack and play available in the room when we areived, which was thoughtful. The check in process is a little drawn out as it is a time share property, but that was the only snag, and it wasn't that bad.

Pleasant Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for Thanksgiving with my in-laws. We all had a private space and it was conveniently located close to areas in the historic triangle. My son especially enjoyed arcade and mini golf.

Clean, Roomy Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rooms were clean, roomy and well-stocked with dishes, pans, bath towels, toiletries, coffee maker, etc. We had four adults staying in a three-bedroom, three-bath arrangement and we all had room to spread out while we were at the condo. The location was also great as we toured the colonial village and Jamestown and ate at area restaurants which were all close by. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Lots to do

We chose this property based on the proximity to Busch Gardens. There is a lot to do on the property as well. The game room and mini golf were big hits with the kids

Enjoyed our stay. It would have been much better if the continuous water leaking from the overhead air condition were resolved during our stay. Water leaks were between the 2 bedrooms in 201A.

Great Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Kingsgate. It was close to Amusement parks, and tons of eateries and markets. Host was Wonderful. He called me the week before we were set to arrive to give me all of the info we needed. He left no stone unturned! Will definitely be back!

Great time in Williamsburg!

We had a great time. It was super hot and the pool was refreshing. Lots to see and do in the area. Plan to return maybe next year.

Great resort and clean property.

I was apprehensive about staying at this resort after realizing it was a timeshare, but in all honesty, i was never once pressured into anything and Matt and his team communicated with me perfeftly and answered all of our questions. I even called them before our stay and spoke to them with additional questions and they were great! The resort is beautiful and has all kinds of stuff for the family to do. Highly recommend this place!

Easy Process and Nice Property

Check-in was very easy and the property was very nice. I was leery of the possibility of time-share salesmanship that some other reviews have warned about, but we didn't experience anything of the kind while we stayed.

Excellent stay

Everything you need for a getaway. Property is great. Plenty of room for our group of 6. As long as you are aware of the check in process ahead of time everything else is a breeze. I had stayed before so I was expecting the timeshare pitch but it’s easy just to say no thank you and move on. The owner called a day ahead end gave me a heads up also which I thought was great because my first time staying at this property through a different group I was caught off guard. Close to everything and plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. I would definitely stay again.

Friends Trip

We decided on Williamsburg to see the history and wanted to stay close to all attractions. We were very impressed with all there was to do on the property even though we did not have time to use the amenities . The room we booked was spacious, clean, and had all we could ask for and more. The host contacted us prior to arrival to see if we had any questions. We would definitely come back here and stay longer next time!

Perfect for Families

This vacation destination is a great option for families, looking to relax, but let the kids have fun. It is close to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, and colonial Williamsburg, as well as Yorktown and Jamestown. We definitely will be coming back.

Excellent location for family vacation.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Property is a little dated but everything was clean and serviceable. Check-in was fast and pleasant, service staff was very responsive to all requests. Only downside was having to deal with resort sales rep in order to get our room keys. He was professional and a good sales person but wish I didn't have to deal with it. Communication with property management was good and we got a 1st floor room as requested. Though Vrbo specifies that check-in details are to be provided 24-48 hours before check-in, I would prefer some additional communications as check-in date approaches. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice Unit but not suitable for elderly or those with trouble climbing stairs

The Unit was as described and convenient to Colonial Williamsburg but it should be made clear that you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage etc. , there is no elevator. Also the resort fees and deposit are higher than shown in the listing.

Clean and Quiet

Condo was very clean, very quiet, and just a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg. A great value for the cost. Will definitely be booking this place again for our next trip to Williamsburg.

Delivered our son to Coast Guard A school

This was a absolute great place for our families to get together with a 3 bedroom room with a washer and dryer so our son could do his laundry and iron his uniforms so he could get ready to be dropped off at the base. We were able to have both grandparents and it was a great visit before he he had to be dropped off.

Couldn't have been better. The amenities can't be beat. The outdoor heated pool is very warm and nice in the spring. Kids loved the free arcades. The rooms where large and the beds comfortable. Good cable selection.

Great location, lots of space

This property is very close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Busch Gardens. There was lots of space for us to spread out, and it was great to have our own washer and dryer and kitchen space. The owners warned us in advance that the resort is a timeshare, and we appreciated having tips for avoiding the resort's sales pitch - we were somewhat successful in dodging their requests for our time (which we were not willing to give while on vacation)! The resort had great amenities, including an arcade and indoor pool. We had one rainy day during our vacation, and nobody minded having a little extra time to chill out and relax at the resort. I would stay here again in the future.

Excellent Facility and Location

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Kingsgate. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates and glasses. It was very comfortable and the three rooms and baths was a perfect size for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. It was also very quiet. We only used the indoor pool as we were very busy but the facility was clean and well run. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to Williamsburg Visitor Center and 15 minutes to Busch Gardens. We highly recommend this rental.
