Very well maintained property. Everything was in perfect condition. The decor was beautiful and the furnishings weren’t your typical rental property furnishings. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is top notch!!! It’s super clean, comfortable, and the decor is updated. Balcony has unmatched views. The owners have added a perk and left very nice beach chairs and an umbrella to use for your stay! Location is great, right across the street from The Jellyfish!

Condo is everything it portrays and more! Thoughtful details throughout. Very family friendly area. Food and shopping directly across the street with walkway access. Host communication was on point.

Lisa and Glenn were awesome! The place was really a home away from home. All the personal touches were so thoughtful and incredible. I didn’t need for anything the entire trip! The deck was awesome and the perfect view! Very nice outdoor pool! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a fabulous long anniversary weekend! The unit was stocked with everything imaginable. The pool and beach were easily accessible. Glenn and Lisa were in close contact before and throughout our stay. We do t have a negative word to say, and we will be back’s

Absolutely beautiful place with every amenity you could possibly need. Very comfortable and spacious for 2 people and kitchen was stocked with everything. Decorations are perfect for the area - beach theme - I LOVED it. Loved that they provided beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a soft sided cooler. 100% one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. You can’t beat the view too.

Nice 1 bedroom. Ocean view and easy beach access. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Very clean. Right across the street from a very good restaurant. Communications with the host were excellent. My only feedback would be to provide more bath towels and wash cloths. Otherwise, it was perfect and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Glenn was a great host, and the place had everything needed for a great vacation. They have all the beach equipment, so the only thing you need is your bathing suit. The condo has all of the luxuries as home does and more. I spoke directly to Glenn and they also have another larger place a couple buildings down, we will be renting with our family. Couldn't ask for a better place or a more convenient place to stay.

The condo was neat and clean with an amazing view. We spent hours on our balcony. Literally a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Two pools were well kept. Great location between Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Glenn and Lisa were great hosts and very responsive. So long Perdido Key! We'll be back!!

Condo is very nicely appointed. Beautiful view from its 5th floor location. Host communicated regularly and made themselves available if needed for any questions. Location is near numerous restaurants. Grocery store also nearby. Definitely worth repeating!

Perfect hosts & condo. Very clean and check-in was easy with codes for lobby and room. Patio has a great view of the gulf. Well stocked with kitchen items, pillows, and amenities to make our stay feel like home away from home. Host quickly handled a slight issue we had and communication was very good. The building has excellent facilities for swimming indoor or outdoor and beach service attendant (separate 3rd party company) was fabulous. This is an extra service we paid for from the company that sets chairs /umbrella up right on the water but the condo did have plenty of supplies in the closet if you wish to set up that umbrella and chairs instead (we just like the convenience of having it done instead of carrying everything down). Restaurant and ice cream right across the street- grab groceries from publix before crossing the bridge & you literally can just get there and not have to leave/drive anywhere for the rest of your stay if you don’t want to.
