This condo has 1.5 baths with a walk-in tiled shower off the master bedroom for your convenience. Leave your worries behind and feel relaxed with the fully functional kitchen including granite counters, large eating space, and a huge living room for your stay. Large balcony includes tables and chairs with a breath-taking view of the beach, outdoor pool, and hot tub. Washer/dryer, exercise room, lounge area, and indoor heated pool are available for your use. This is a fully secure complex with ample parking. We do have outdoor BBQ grills for your use. This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very clean and had plenty of amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Our host was attentive and concerned that we found everything to our liking. We highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay

Betty was amazing! Communication was always prompt and she kept us updated on a new stove and refrigerator that she had installed before our stay. The unit was clean and had plenty shower towels for use during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. The location was peaceful as it is not a touristy location at all, which is what we love about a relaxing vacation. There is a coffee shop across the street that had great coffee. Getting a latte and watching the ocean from the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. We never had an issue finding parking and the unit is located close to the trash and the elevators that led to the parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay and it was just what we needed after a very stressful year.

Our January Perdido Key Sun Resort Winter stay

The room was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the beach although we got 4-5 inches of snow. We found pickleball close by, played board games, hiked with friends in at least 5 parks/ hiking trails close by Thanks again for the time to relax and enjoy your condo!!

Perfect January Getaway

The condo is the perfect getaway for a couple. It’s located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It was very clean and well outfitted. The half bath is also a nice feature. The location as far as amenities is great. Publix is nearby for groceries and there are many restaurants in both directions. We chose to prepare most of our meals at the condo and nothing was lacking for appliances, cookware, utensils.. anything you could possibly need is there.Betty is super nice and was very responsive when we had questions and accommodating when we needed to adjust our dates. The only negative: we had to leave! This was our first trip to the Panhandle, but we’re looking forward to returning and will definitely stay here again!

Week in Perdido for the Derby

Great location, clean unit, Betty checked in with us and told us about construction happening, which did not hinder us in the least bit. Will surely stay again.

Beach time

Loved the location. Perdido Key is quiet and lovely this time of year. The ease in and out of building and access to beach and pool was great. Good food nearby to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!
