This condo has 1.5 baths with a walk-in tiled shower off the master bedroom for your convenience. Leave your worries behind and feel relaxed with the fully functional kitchen including granite counters, large eating space, and a huge living room for your stay. Large balcony includes tables and chairs with a breath-taking view of the beach, outdoor pool, and hot tub. Washer/dryer, exercise room, lounge area, and indoor heated pool are available for your use. This is a fully secure complex with ample parking. We do have outdoor BBQ grills for your use. Book a week get a 10% discount. Looking for another option? Check out my other listing located nearby in the Windemere Building on the 13th floor. Sleeps 6. Get a 10% discount book 7 nights from January 1st. to mid May and August 1st. to December 31st.

Property was clean, secure, and pictured as advertised. Betty, owner, was in proactive contact to make sure got checked-in and everything was in good order. Would recommend the property and host to anyone looking. The area is great with lots of good restaurants nearby and anything needed is in close proximity.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean! Dolphins were very active right in front of the condo in the mornings! Betty is a wonderful host! Thank you for a great week’s stay. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable week staying here! Everything in the condo was perfect!

Balcony view was beautiful—caught some dolphins playing. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances. We had some issues which host remedied quickly. Nice size for a couple but could use some fresh paint. Also great location!
