Where country meets city! Close to all the Broken Arrow hotspots such as Rose District and Bass Pro Drive. This newly renovated single family home is sure to accommodate spaciously. Patio space featured up front and out back for a morning coffee or an evening unwind. All new appliances as well as on-site laundry. Garage converted into a multipourpose space. Large television available for streaming your favorite shows as well as comfy couches to sink into. King size bed with plenty storage in front master. Full bathroom complete with tub and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms, one with trundle bed and the other a single twin along with plenty space for storage. Kitchen features butcherblock countertops looking over the fenced in backyard. Cozy all the way around! Also, don't mind the neighbor's cats that like to say hello from time to time, they are super friendly and love kids!

The house was quaint, in a central location, and perfect for our 4 day stay! It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with almost everything you need for a visit. The host was very quick to help with a hiccup on check-in, responding immediately when I reach out. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our visit with family. Beds were really comfortable and the host was quick to respond when we had any questions. Loved having the fenced in backyard for our fur baby too.

House was nice, clean, had everything we needed. Made our 8 day stay much better than if stuck in hotel. Everyone had own bedroom which helps especially eith teenagers.

This was our 2nd stay, and like the first visit, did not disappoint. Home was exceptionally clean, cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our furbaby enjoyed walking the neighborhood and also liked sunning in the fenced backyard. Host is extremely attentive to our needs and communication is immediate. Highly recommend ! You won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable and Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had comfortable beds and couch/chair. The giant smartTV was a great amenity. Perfect, quiet, location off the main streets of town made it easy to get anywhere. And the host was very easy to reach out to.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a solid house in a convenient part of BA. The neighborhood could be considered suspect by some, but we were comfortable.

Peaceful and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is very updated and very clean. The owner was very nice to come over and get our TV working for us and we did appreciate that a bunch. I highly recommend this place.

Just the right size

This was the perfect size for our family of 5 to stay. The beds were comfortable. The living room was inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This is a great place to stay!

Good place to stay

I was very happy there. It would have been nice to have the basic cable news access, like CNN, FBN, etc., but not that important; however, the Netflix was great. The provided Coffee, kitchen equipment, and water was a nice touch (I don’t think tap water was drinkable). Overall, I recommend the place.

Cozy Cottage

Very comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds with top sheets. Previous reviews mentioned no top sheets. That issue obviously was addressed. Close to restaurants & other shopping opportunities.I would stay there again.

Our first Vrbo experience was phenomenal! We can’t say enough about how wonderful our host was! The home was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All the rooms were supplied with everything we needed and more. Our host answered all communication quickly and was very generous in accommodating a random request that we had made. This Vrbo is also pet friendly which is of major importance to us as we had our family dog with us. Our move to a new state was made so less stressful and enjoyable due to tour accommodating Host! Highly highly recommend!! Thank You, Bianca!
