Relax in oceanview home just 1 block from the beach. 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, hot and cold outdoor shower. Construction starts August 10th on Brand new elevator addition with handicap equipped bathroom, roll in shower, accessible sink and extra wide doors and space. Brand new custom pool with 8 person hot tub and lift for handicap access. Inverted floor plan to maximize the ocean views.

There are 2 oversized, covered decks with plenty of comfortable furniture to kick back and enjoy the spectacular ocean view.

Oversized gourmet kitchen with granite counters and island is a perfect spot to enjoy that happy hour drink. Kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home.

Primary King has a 50" Smart TV , Second King Bedroom has 50" Smart TV as well. and other 3 bedrooms has a 40" Smart TV mounted on the walls with HD. The great room has a 12 foot vaulted ceiling with a 58" Smart TV with full surround sound, blue ray disc player, and outside deck speakers.

Outside hot and cold shower to wash the sand away. Short walk to easy beach access just across the street.

Master bedroom with king bed and full master bath. Second and third bedrooms share a buddy bath and have 1 king bed and 1 queen bed respectfully. Second floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and has a full bath with private entrance. New Evlevator addition will also add a 5th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. Great room has 2 queen size sleeper sofas.

Perfect location. Walkable to the beach (1 1/2 blocks) well equipped house. Appreciated the touches like bottles of liquid hand soap at each sink and a well equipped kitchen. Owner was very responsive with one very minor issue that was quickly resolved. Would come back!

This is the third time we have stayed at this home! Mike is extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and ready for us to arrive! This year we had our 18 month old grandson with us and discovered there is a wonderful free water park for children about a mile down the street. The walk to the beach access is about 3 minutes and that’s with a toddler. And this is not an extremely busy beach access area which also gives you lots of room on the beach. We will plan to stay there again!

As advertised. Great view from upper deck off kitchen. Bring binoculars to see the dolphins. Beach is gorgeous. Great walking/running beach particularly at low tide. Michael was a great host. If we decide to go to that area again I would not hesitation book this. Lots of golf nearby. Better courses are a bit south. Enjoy!

We arrived and the house was immaculate. I’m not sure who cleans this place but they did an awesome job. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, bathrooms were clean. Plenty of room. The view from the front of the house was perfect. Easily see the ocean. There are lots of sidewalks for walking, really encourage taking the bridge over the nature preserve. The kitchen is almost too big (joke). There are plenty of pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.. We had an awesome vacation. Highly recommend!

Great location and so close to a wonderful beach.

My family and I enjoyed our 4 day getaway at this beautiful home. Oak Island is a wonderful place to visit and we look forward to going back in the near future.

Great stay

Great location, excellent house. They had everything we needed from the fully stocked kitchen to beach toys/chairs. Everything was very clean and we loved the ocean view from the balcony! The host was very accommodating with our requests and we would definitely stay again!

Beach week

Very nice property. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on top deck in the captain chairs. Host was very good to work with resolving a couple minor issues out of his control. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Houses

We were in town for our son’s wedding, and had several family members stay with us. The house had plenty of space for all of us and was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The short walk to the beach was also ideal. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home! We stayed June 7th - June 14, 2025We had a a great week at "Our Breezy Weezy". House was very clean and fully stocked with everything you needed. Close and easy walk to the beach. Made some great family memories. Can't wait to come back.

The location of this property was great close to beach access but street wasn’t busy. Stairs will give you a leg workout but still a great property. View is excellent

A fun time at Oak Island!

It was our first visit to Oak Island and we enjoyed our location close to the beach but on a quiet road. The porches were a great place to gather and the living space comfortable! We had a great time!

My wife enjoys skiing, the beach, traveling, golf, and shopping, not necessarily in that order. Both boys snowboard, golf, skateboard, and play basketball, and baseball.

We have been vacationing in the area for over 20 years, and always wanted to have our own place. We just decided to go for it! We Love Oak Island and have had the house for 15 years. We are currently adding a pool, elevator, new handicap accessible bathroom, new upgraded kitchen, entire flooring, and a 5th bedroom.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We simply love the easy access to the beach and the wonderful views from just about every room in the house. Oak Island is a family beach and very quiet. However, if we want to take a short trip into Wilmington, or the Myrtle Beach area it is easy drive up or down Rt. 17. Oak Island has a wonderful town park with water splash pad, tennis, basketball courts as well as fields for playing ball and a skatepark for the kids.
