Great property to stay at and explore Brevard. Downtown is an approximately 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We were in town for a wedding at Deerewood Reserve which was less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend both places.

Everything was as advertised. Easy walk to a really quaint downtown and a short drive to trails. Hosts were very responsive when needed and the property was great. I would stay there again.

Wonderful home! It was beautiful, spacious and so well stocked and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and other extras like foosball, air hockey and cornhole. It was a great location too, a nice, easy walk to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Well equipped house. A lot of things in kitchen for family get togethers. Bedrooms all very nice and comfortable beds, along with beautiful bathrooms. Nice outside seating.

We have stayed in several places in Brevard, but this was by far the nicest. Well equipped, incredibly clean and walkable to downtown. Beautiful! Host was very helpful and in constant contact when the whole town of brevard lost power. Would definitely recomend

Our family of mixed generations had a great time in this home. The teens loved the basement with the hot tub and games. Four teens used the one bathroom. The adults enjoyed the living area, including the kitchen and bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs was lovely. The bathroom in the other two bedrooms had a bathtub and a shower combination. The tub was difficult to get into. I had great difficulty entering the house. I can handle stairs with a handrail. The home was well stocked in the kitchen. Bathrooms were stocked with many items you may have forgotten. My search for a place with adequate rooms and bathrooms made this home a great fit. Location great!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway! House is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping . The owners didn’t miss a beat , from the bedding to a fully stocked kitchen. Hot tub was awesome. I highly recommend spending a long weekend or even a week. Can’t wait to come back.

Cycling weekend in Brevard.

This property is perfect for a getaway with family and/or friends. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and there is no shortage of entertainment options at the house should the weather keep you in doors! Check-in was seamless and the entire house was spotless. I can't imagine a more perfect layout - we will be back again next year!

Brevard weekend visit

We visited Brevard for a short weekend trip. Valley Bear was perfect for our group. The property was in a great location, just a short walk to Main St. The home was well stocked with everything you would need and more. The teens enjoyed the large backyard and jacuzzi. There was more than enough space for our party of six. Property manager was absolutely amazing!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was beyond all expectations and functioned well to provide group gathering spaces and comfortable rooms to retreat to at the end of the day. Kids enjoyed the game room and it was a great location for them to gather and enjoy cousin time. Beyond the space you can see the owner takes every effort to consider the need of the tenants. We especially enjoyed the walking trail, nearby park and play space, and the ability to walk to the downtown area. We all look forward to spending another long weekend in the future.

Excellent house!

The house is unbelievably clean, well appointed from blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans, fantastic location for walking into the charming downtown (Bervard) filled with great restaurants, art galleries and shops. It’s a quick drive (15 mins or less) to hiking, Mt Biking, water falls, Sliding Rock and Looking glass Falls etc. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, I’d say this is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The communication with the host was excellent! We plan on returning for sure!

Absolute Gem!

This is an incredible home! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked..with every detail thought of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook family sized meals. The bedding, towels and furnishings were all top quality. We most enjoyed playing the games at night and relaxing in the hottub. The home manager left us a sweet note and welcome gift and was super helpful and responsive to our few questions on the area and specifics about the home. We will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent location & backyard

We rented 121 and 131. We had 10 in our house and 9 in the other. We loved sitting outside in the backyard of 121 it has the patio. We wish we had brought some soccer chairs so we could all sit together. We split up and were in different groups. Anyway we were all together after my daughter’s wedding. We were able fo walk in town and had access fo the greenway. My son loves to bike and brought his bikes. The houses are spanking brand new, very comfortable, fully stocked and communication with the owners was excellent. I was able to give some suggestions to make it even better. We would definitely come back. Things to plan for: extra parking down the hill, room for two cars at the house. It wasn’t a big deal just had to plan which cars we needed access to. VRBO has a setting that required a hefty deposit that hits the credit card while you are there and comes off a few days later. It may just be a setting that needs to be fixed and offer insurance instead. Remember this is a brand new listing and when you rent the house is amazingly clean. So worth it!
