This lakefront property includes 4 rental spaces with a total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, a 6-acre private lake, and a smaller stocked trout pond, private hiking trails, Lady Falls, Sassy Goose Pavilion, and lawn games.

--The Lodge--
A spacious three-bedroom home, each with an ensuite bath, offering stunning lake views. It features a full kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a stone fireplace. A downstairs half-bath adds convenience, while the covered porch provides a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Emerald Lake.

--The Cottage--
A charming two-bedroom home, each with an ensuite bath. It features a full kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a rock fireplace with gas logs. The sun porch offers a relaxing space to unwind while overlooking the lake.

--The Cabins--
• The Laurel Cabin – one-bedroom log cabin with a screened porch and efficiency kitchen, and a shared terrace and charcoal grill.
• The Rainbow Trout Cabin – one-bedroom log cabin with an efficiency kitchen, a shared terrace and charcoal grill, and a private balcony that overlooks the stocked trout pond.

By booking you agree to e-sign our rental agreement (sent by email after booking). Smoke-free campus — no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Overnight occupancy limits strictly enforced. No parties or events. Pets by prior approval with pet fee. Quiet hours after 10 PM. All trash must be bagged and placed in the Bear Box.
