Quiet for an in city location

We were comfortable and pleased at how quiet it was for being so close to campus. A little nostalgic walking past the frat houses. A nice place to rest and regroup after the chaos of a family event.

Awesome place!

Great location for Greeley, super clean, great sized rooms, massive living room and dining room, friendly and professional owner, and easy check in and check out process.

Beautiful home!

William was easy to work with and very responsive. The home was beautiful and the location was close to numerous restaurants and pubs.

Not for summer use

One small window air conditioner in the dining room doesn’t cool the house at all. Next to a liquor store. Trash in the yard. Park in the dirt back yard. Two units in the house.

Great house close to everything!

This is a cute bungalow type house with a great front porch for sitting. The bedrooms are big, with nice beds. The house was clean, tidy and not fussy. Which is a HUGE plus for me! it is walking distance to fun shops and dinning options. The host was terrific!

Amazing host!

I stayed here with 8 friends and we all had an amazing time. William is so communicative and a really relaxed host. House was clean and really nice.

I currently work on a real estate asset management team for my "day job" and short term rent a few personal properties. I plan on continuing to buy properties and believe that Greeley is an amazing growing little city. I'll always be available and flexible to make your stay the best that it can be.

My favorite part about Greeley is that it is really homey. I love my go-to coffee shop, Margie's Java Joint, and walking my dog at Bittersweet park/lake. Whenever I am shopping or just walking around people are super nice and friendly. I moved from Denver to Greeley and couldn't have made a better decision.

My property stands out because it has a prime location less than a mile from UNC, less than a mile from Banner North Colorado Medical Center, and less than a mile from Downtown Greeley. This makes it a great place for parents, students, medical professionals, and everyone in between. On top of that it is always clean, comfortable, and quiet with plenty of parking in the back and a 20ft by 15ft fenced dog run for your furry friends.
