You'll be staying in the upper floor of a two-story house; the lower floor is also occupied as a short term rental. The two units are completely separate, each with its own entrance. You will only share the expansive parking in the rear of the property.

We bought the house as a place for our kid to stay while going to UNC. We rent out the lower level all year round, and the upper unit during the summer while our kid is at home. We love Greeley, and found this perfect house, near downtown and the UNC campus.
