The worst communication. If you take this apartment, make sure you get the check in info in advance. Not a few hours before check in. I had to call VRBO so he could get answer.

Great location to Burbon street. Comfy beds, nice decor. Lloyd was accomodation and responsive when we needed him. Car was safe in paid parking around the corner and considering where the place is located we got a bit of sleep.

Great location

The location is excellent — just a few blocks from Bourbon and Canal. Nearby gems include Deja Vu Bar (amazing Bloody Marys, food, and music) and Café Conti, a great breakfast spot.The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. It has central AC, except in the far bedroom, which uses a portable unit. One thing to note: the bedroom layout is awkward. You must walk through the middle bedroom to access the far bedroom, and then walk back through both to reach the bathroom — not ideal for privacy.Now the downsides: While some noise is expected in the French Quarter, this place is excessive. Street sounds — from shouting and revving engines to blaring music — continue well into the night. Even with earplugs or white noise, getting quality sleep is difficult..Communication with the host was slow (took several days to reply). We were also charged 50 for early luggage drop-off, which didn’t make sense since it’s a keyless entry and no one had to meet us.That said, the host was quick to resolve an issue with a barking dog upstairs that was left out all night.Overall, it’s an okay stay if you’re prepared for noise, limited privacy, and potential extra fees.

What a great location!

This property was such a great location! We were within walking distance of EVERYTHING, but just enough outside the Bourbon St frivolity to have some quiet downtime. The decor was really nice & welcoming. The size was perfect for our family of 4.There are some things you just can't do anything about with a historical old building (but for those of you reading that need to know: it's a bit humid in the space - but the owner supplied a dehumidifier), it's a bit noisy when someone is upstairs, the courtyard/pool I'm sure are clean but uninviting looking so we didn't partake, but we also didnt need to as there was so much to do). There are a few suggestions I'd like to make: black out curtains, more and longer electrical strips, fix the shower soap dispensers, fix the lighting in the bathroom (each day the bulbs got dimmer until they didnt work the final day - new bulbs perhaps?), mattress toppers & quicker communication with the owner.Overall i good experience. black out curtainsits ³.

Last leg of music tour

Great location. Interaction with host was not the best tbh. I will not go into it as this is about the apartment not the individual. Apartment poorly laid out 2 bedrooms but you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the single bathroom not ideal for middle of the night toilet visits. Also could do with a good clean in some areas around floor edges etc. Overall the location was excellent but fell short on other areas described.

Close to Bourbon Street

We loved visiting New Orleans! The place was not the cleanliest. I’ve stayed in several VRBO places and they have always been spotless clean. The tub was dirty, there was old food from other visitors in the fridge and the floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was a comfortable apartment. The location is great.

Wedding wonderful

We were in NOLA for a friend’s wedding. Perfect place to stay as the wedding party were based at a hotel nearby. You have to expect noise as it is a ground floor apartment just off the street with the usual French Quarter noises from bars and street people. We did feel safe, and were very comfortable staying here. Would definitely book again.

Great French Quarter Location!

This updated 2BR/1BA unit was in an excellent location for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the FQ with an easy walk to great restaurants, attractions, bars or just about anything else in the area. The interior was well appointed with a modernized, inviting living area, comfortable beds and plenty of towels and washcloths. Check in and check out were easy and low maintenance and the host was responsive to communications. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a safe, centrally located place to stay and would book it again on any future trips to NOLA.

Perfect Location

We stayed here for New Year's, and it was just the perfect location to enjoy Bourbon Street! Super cute and easy to get to everything you could want to see. Paid lot is somewhat pricey, but not bad.

Holiday Stay

The apartment is in a great location walking distance to Bourbon and the plus is The Three Legged Dog Bar that sells food 24 hrs is next door… cleanliness and quietness is a plus also and it’s a tv in each room

Mother Daughters trip.

All Girl Trip. Wonderful location, walking distance to everything we wanted. But far enough away from The Party to relax. Door Dash was quick when we were too tired to go back out. Streets were well lit, still used common sense caution. Nice apartment. Do bring extra long charging cables or extension cord. Because the building is aged, electric plugs are not convenient’.

Location location

We stayed in Apartment 2 instead of the first floor. Our only complaint was the street noise. Traveled to NOLA to watch the Browns play the Saints at Superdome. Easy walk to Superdome. Blocks away from Bourbon St. Lloyd was very responsive when needed. There were tvs in each bedroom. Apartment was clean plenty bath towels for us. Many breakfast and ding available in walking distance Lyfts plentiful. Thanks Lloyd for sharing your space!
