The property is lovely and cottage is very well appointed with beautiful features, hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. This was a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Very clean and well organized, they had everything we needed. This was a place for us to rest after our days of adventures in North Carolina. We would definitely like to stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The guesthouse was perfect and had everything we could want; It was also beautifully decorated! The owners were very pleasant and accommodating - we hope to stay again soon!

Short Getaway

The house was immaculate and beautiful. It had all the amenities you need and is very accessible as it’s all one floor and no steps. The property is also beautiful with a garden. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We had the best time and will definitely be going back!

We walked into an extremely clean wonderful place for us to spend the next 3 nights. Love the front deck! spent every morning there drinking our coffee. They let have access to the lake! which was fantastic! Talked to the host one morning, and she was great! Will definitely stay there next time we are in the area!! Thank you for making our stay a special one.

Great Getaway Location

My husband and I wanted a peaceful getaway near water for our 41st anniversary. This location was perfect. It was just a few steps to Lake Norman. It was well appointed, with everything you could ever need.

We absolutely love staying at this guest house. It is decorated beautifully and has every convenience of a larger home. The surrounding area is upscale and the natural setting is gorgeous. With the weather we only had one day to sit by the lake this time. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful setting and accommodations

We loved this property. The guest house is even better in person than the photos. Everything seems brand new and is beautifully decorated. Great linens and the place has everything you need in kitchen and bath. Hosts are delightful and responsive. The lake and porch views couldn’t be better. Our new favorite place to stay at Lake Norman!

A Gem

This guest house is ultra modern, has top notch up to date furnishings and supplies. It was a great place for the 2 of us to setup for a few days while we were assessing the area. We wish we could have stayed longer at this location. Both the inside and outside porch are very comfortable.

This LKN guest house was the perfect home base for my husband and I, while we were in town to visit NASCAR related museums/race shops/landmarks. Most things race/NASCAR related were approximately a 30 to 40 minute drive, but we didn't mind driving knowing we would be coming back to this quiet and relaxing escape. We spent 2 days down by the lake, and enjoyed time swimming and relaxing in the beach chairs provided. A wagon was provided to assist us in bringing what we needed down to the lake/dock, and they had beach umbrellas to use in the hot sun.The kitchen was well appointed with everything one could ever need to prepare a meal. We loved the spacious covered porch, and took advantage of relaxing out there every day/night at some point. The ceiling fans kept us cool while we were out there on hot days. Our hosts were super responsive the couple times we reached out, and we are grateful they shared their beautiful, immaculate home and property with us! On a side note, we highly recommend eating at the Blue Parrot while you are in town.
