This was a beautiful house for our family to gather in. We were all coming from different cities for my father’s memorial service. So, we didn’t use all the amenities but it was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this house was better than anticipated. The outside backyard sitting area is larger and nicer landscaped than the photos show. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Todd was excellent to work with and very prompt in replying to any questions.

Very nice home, pet friendly, host quick to respond-worked out well for our short stay. Communicated couple things for awareness, host will address. Has a garage to use as well which was nice. Thank you. The cleaning fee is steep, not sure how they come up with that. Over-all real nice house we found last minute, worked out well.

Thank you for your kind review — we’re glad the home worked well for your stay and that you enjoyed the pet-friendly setup, garage, and our team’s responsiveness. We appreciate you sharing a few items for awareness and will be sure those are addressed. Regarding the cleaning fee, it reflects the cost of professional cleaning such a large home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, linens, and turnover to ensure each guest arrives to a thoroughly prepared home. Thanks again for staying with us — we’re happy it all worked out and would love to host you again anytime.

The property was very nice. The home was extremely clean. Host responded promptly to all questions. The only drawback and I may have read the listing wrong is I thought more than MBR had an option ensuite and that the rooms had a TV. Only the MBR has a ensuite bathroom and a TV: the other rooms did not have a TV and also shared the two bathrooms in the hallway. The house is beautiful but seeing the layout before renting would have been beneficial because I wasn’t tracking all the rooms were in one side of the house. Overall, we made it work for our family that came in for my daughter’s graduation. I would definitely rent it again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review — we’re so glad you found the home beautiful, extremely clean, and enjoyed our team’s responsiveness. The home's layout, bedroom arrangement, bathroom locations, and amenities are reflected in the listing photos and description, as well as a schematic of the home diagram layout. Though we understand it can sometimes be difficult to visualize a floor plan from photos alone. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to help guests better understand the space before booking. We're delighted the home worked well for your family’s graduation visit, and it means a lot to hear that you would stay with us again. We’d be happy to host you anytime you're back in Tucson.

The house was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked for the air conditioning to have been turned down before we arrived. The thermostats were set on 80 when we arrived. We turned them down and left for supper. When we returned the house was cooler and continued to cool off during the evening. The wifi went down several times during our 4-night stay. We messaged and emailed with no response initally. After a phone call, leaving a message, the call was returned promptly. We needed to unplug the modem more than once after the phone call over the next couple of days. Communication improved greatly after the phone call. I appreciated that! The house was in a great location for us to make multiple day trips for birding and sightseeing. Only a couple miles away from the Titan Missile Silo Tour. That was a great piece of history to explore. I would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Thank you for the kind review! We're so glad the home was clean and comfortable, and that the location worked so well for your birding and sightseeing — the Titan Missile Silo is a fascinating bit of history, isn't it? Glad you got to explore it. You're right on both counts, and we appreciate you flagging them. The thermostat should have been set cooler before your arrival, and we've made a note to have the home pre-cooled for guests going forward. We're also sorry the wifi hiccups didn't get a faster response at first — glad a call got it sorted, and we've taken that to heart on making sure guests reach us quickly the first time, not the second. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime your travels bring you this way. Thank you again! Warmly, The Fig & Toast Team
