It was close to the beach and a very reasonable lodging. I would suggest however that they replace the couch or minimally the cushions.

We loved the walking distance to the beach. The serenity of the environment around the cottage. So many things to do in Clearwater Sunsets at the beach. The walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The cottage was nice and clean. Everything you need to cook is available.

I love being close to the beach and this cottage was a quick walk to the beach. We loved that restaurants and shops were in walking distance. Great Getaway!

The cottage was perfect just as stated in the description. Clean and close to beach, beach wasn’t crowded as other areas of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this listing for our first time in Clearwater. Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

The location was great, and it was easy to check in and out. The place was clean, and it had all the good amenities. The bed was a little firm, and I wish I would have asked beforehand about how to do laundry, but those are my only nitpicks. Overall, it was great, 5-star stay!

Winter Get Away

Perfect location on the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean with very nice linens and towels. Easy communication with management . Enjoyed our stay!

Simple walk to the beach just a few houses from the water ,very nice property and location. In October parking was fine however, in the busy seasoning parking would be a nightmare as you park on the street and it’s public parking.

Great home and location!

This home is just as advertised! Steps from the beach. Beach isn’t crowded. And everything to do is with a 15-20 minute walk. Beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We will be back!

Clean, bright, comfy and steps to the beach! A perfect place to come and stay, and everything you need is within walking distance. I was thrilled and definitely will return. A big thanks to the hosts who communicated promptly.

Simple cozy vibe. Less than a block to the sand. Nice beach supplies including umbrella. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to stores and fun. Responsive management to (minor) issues that arose.

mini vacation

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The cottage was clean and as described. If I had to add anything, I might suggest a keurig but the coffee pot worked just fine. Had a great time and would recommend!

My wife and I love the "cottage" feel of this property. This is our fifth stay in the same location over 20 years. After a while, we get tire of just another hotel/condo room. This property offers personality, rather than a sterile efficiency experience.

Great location

The property is just as it’s described. It’s in a great location and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, trolleys, etc. The unit had everything we needed and was clean & cozy. The unit is just a couple houses down from the beach. You can see the distance below in the photo. Also the beach is much less crowded than down by the pier. We’d definitely stay again!
