There is a gas fire pit, perfect for those chilly summer nights or to enjoy a delicious s'more. Enjoy the close proximity to Scarborough Beach (only a quick 5 minute walk!) and take advantage of the fully enclosed, spacious outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy toes after a relaxing day at the beach.

Upon entering the home, you are greeted into the main living and dining area that's abundantly lit with natural sunlight and open space allowing for a great place to gather, watch your favorite movie or play some board or card games. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 but can accommodate 8. Stunning hardwood floors throughout the home with the detail of a compass rose. Central air conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Custom plantation shutters on all windows adds that extra comfort and chic look throughout this home. No details were missed when designing and decorating.

Off the main living room, you will find the completely renovated, designer kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz counter tops, impressive tile work and all the kitchen necessities! Each bedroom is tastefully decorated. One bedroom with 2 twins and one with a queen. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, adjustable king bed, and private veranda where you can enjoy your morning cup of joe or evening libation.

Conveniently only a 5 minute drive to Galilee where you can purchase fresh, local seafood, indulge in local restaurants and hop on the Block Island Ferry! Narragansett Pier is a quick 10 minute drive down scenic Ocean Road where you'll find the desired Narragansett Town Beach, renowned restaurants, shops and the sea wall. 20 minutes to Jamestown and 30 minutes to Newport!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
