Modern cottage, short walk to Alys/Rosemary/private beach access

Mustique is a spacious (over 800 feet) luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the swimming pools.

The carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, cooktop and cooking utensils, granite tops, double-door fridge with an ice-maker and water filter. We have both a keurig and drip coffee maker and supply filter papers.

The living area is fully tiled and has a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV, which leads out to a secluded patio with gas grill and seating area. This is also the perfect setting to wind down with sundowners. The upstairs area has a full bathroom with his and hers vanities. The bedroom has hickory hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings and several windows allowing the natural light to shine in. The bedroom deck overlooks the trees and green area where you will hear the tweeting of birds awakening you each morning.

All linen, soaps, bath, beach towels and amenities for a couple of days are provided. Use of beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided.

Destin and the outlet stores are only a 20 minute drive away. During the Spring and Summer months there are several free outdoor concerts in the area, many within walking distance form the carriage house.

Seacrest Beach boasts a huge recreational area and have 12 000 feet of swimming pools, only 80 yards form your front door. The accommodation is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, or you can catch the free golf tram service directly from your front door to the beach. We supply 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After the beach you can rinse off with the hot/cold outdoor shower right outside your front door. Seacrest also has a gravel walking/jogging trail surrounding the community, else one can run or cycle the 17 mile Scenic 30A.

One small dog weighing less than 20 lbs is allowed. Please include details when making a reservation request, as it is to be pre-approved as separate linen and furnishings are used for pet friendly guests. There is a pet fee applied to confirmed pets.

Maximum capacity is 2 adults.

Monthly rentals are available during winter months of November/December/January/February. Long term rentals have usage of the laundry facilities adjacent to the house. Please inquire about long term rates.
