This place is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a place to stay to walk straight up to clear waters and a beach that isn’t super crowded! We had the best week here! The host was accommodating to our needs and the check in process was seamless.

Perfect location, steps from the beach with a view from the deck! The kitchen was well -equipped, carport was handy, beach chairs and umbrella used daily! I had a few questions for the host, and she answered promptly. We really enjoyed this clean, cozy condo for a week of relaxation.

Clean, comfortable, location was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Many thoughtful amenities in the rental. Beach was clean and beautiful and not overcrowded.

The location was very convenient to the beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys.. shopping and groceries close by. The condo was well kept and very comfortable. My time was very relaxing and beautiful!

We were a group of 4 gals on our annual "girls trip" and really loved staying at this property!! The proximity to Rosemary Beach and surrounding communities on 30A was awesome! We were able to rent bikes one day and rode all the way to Seaside (including Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach) and back it's so close. The very short walk (maybe 50 yards) to the beach made us spoiled and wanting to stay longer. Laundry was available and many beach-related accessories (chairs, umbrellas, and games). Well appointed kitchen/great room and very comfortable beds in each of 2 bedrooms. There is a bunkbed for kids (not adults) in one of the bedrooms. Would recommend bringing beach towels/sand mats. Very satisfied and happy with this location. And, the airport in Panama City was just 20 minutes away. Would come back to this property again unless I buy my own! Really loved this "Florida"!!!

This is the perfect location that is literally steps away from beach access that leads to a beautiful, uncrowded beach! The home was clean and set up perfectly. Communication with host was wonderful as well.

Location, location, location! This spot was absolutely perfect to take the kids straight to the beach and hauling all that beach gear! I loved we were able to go back and forth with ease and take evening dips in the ocean! We also were able to bring our bikes and had plenty of storage area to put them. Very close to shops and dining which was great to not mess with parking a car!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and friendly and the house had more than what we could’ve asked for. The location was incredibly convenient and beautiful. We hope to be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful week! This truly is a Slice of Paradise. The view is beautiful, and the easy access to one of our favorite beaches was the best part! It was an easy bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was the perfect home base for our 30A spring break trip.

25 years of travelling to Florida beaches and locations and this place ranks #1 for my family. Everything we needed! Views to the left and right off both balconies. Pristine and clean, zero issues, no bugs, washer and dryer access, beach chairs and wave boards... hard to list everything! The hosts were very responsive, even though we had no issues, just a few questions. We 100% will be back!
