Only issue we had was with the tv, remote had a difficult time connecting with it. Other than that, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location for us as we wanted to be near the Mission Point peninsula. We had a hiccup getting into the room at check-in but the host was extremely responsive and got us in. The room was very clean and there was an abundance of towels.

Easy communication, clean unit. Internet was spotty which affected the smart tv, which didn't matter much because we had so much fun at the cherry festival.

It’s nice and cozy but fair warning, if you are looking to use the WiFi I would bring a hotspot.

Perfect little room for a quick vacation

Perfect little room for a quick vacation. The room had everything we needed. And was a quick 15 minute walk to a beach and a few minute drive into town.

Great Spot to Stay for a Weekend Getaway

Close to downtown, space enough for two, very clean and fully stocked with whatever you need (just bring food).

Nice Apartment

Clean apartment, conveniently located by the base of the Peninsula. Worked great for us for a long weekend. Amazing value. Host was responsive and allowed us to check in about an hour early. WiFi was a little spotty, that was the only downside.

Room was clean, well updated and plenty for our needs. Took shower water a while to warm but temp and pressure were fine once it did.

Wonderful and relaxing

Everything was great! Just wanted to let someone know that the bathroom door would not close, we are sure the humidity caused the door to expand. Other than that was perfect.

Pro: very comfy bed and pillows. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, appliances and linens. Easy check-in and check-out. Con: Air conditioner not working properly. Bathroom door needs fixing. Outdoor landscape needs a lot of work.

Annual Traverse City trip

It was small but had everything we needed to make comfortable. It was basically centrally located to everything we wanted to visit. The bathroom door did not close. We read that in a review but assumed this had been taken care off. It was not. Also the light in the bathroom did not work well. The overhead light did not switch on at all and the one on the wall was solar and needed to be charged on our phone charger to stay on for longer than 15 sec. We could not manage to get the Tv to work without connecting to a personal hotspot as the WiFi was terrible.

Poor customer service

Room had not been fully cleaned. There was still food in the refrigerator. Lots of gnats in room. The worst was that our bathroom door did not fit in the opening. We contacted Riley, a maintenance man came and confirmed the door did not fit and we don’t see anything was done. There was a 1/4 inch gap which you had to hold with your knee, therefore no privacy for personal use. Riley kept apologizing for “the inconvenience” but did not respond when I asked if we could be moved to a new room. He then stopped responding to my emails on Friday and we left Sunday. Would not call me despite my request. We should be refunded our money. Will NEVER book with Mitten property mgmt and encourage others to avoid this business.
