This home is just a short drive to The San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, The Del Mar Fairgrounds and Raceway, Downtown San Diego, and lots of other shopping and dining options. Luxurious backyard, which features an outdoor dining area and a BBQ.
The large chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, 4 barstools, and a 6-seat dining room table that makes serving meals a breeze. After meals, the family can flow effortlessly into the luxurious backyard, which features an outdoor dining area and a BBQ. All the rooms are located on the upper level which is perfect for getting everyone ready for bedtime. The attached garage fits 2 cars, the oversized driveway fits 2 more, and there is available street parking in the quiet cul-de-sac. The current price is based on a one-year lease. For leases shorter than one year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If it applies, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Please contact the landlord for applications and to schedule tours.
As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
House Rules:
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 5 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only. Please note the only available parking for this home is street parking.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
Do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper in the toilets
Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
