We loved our vacation at this place. So close to the beach and the bay and yummu restaurants. Met the owner he was great. We will definitely come again. We all loved it

Great place to stay, close to both the beach and bay. Friendly host and house owner. Had everything we needed for a week vacation.

Perfect location in between the bay and the beach. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes’ walk. It’s not located right along the main road, which is a huge plus so that we didn’t have a bazillion people walking by at all times like some of those properties on the boardwalk. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had many amenities available. The host and owner were very communicative and were very kind to check in on us during our stay…we had a lovely time chatting with the owner, Bill, while we were enjoying the weather out in the front patio. Super easy check in and check out process, it made the stay such a breeze.

The property has a great location, but the rooms don't have air conditioning. I was very hot and couldn't sleep well. The cleaning was poor, and everything smelled terrible. It's overpriced.

Our stay was perfect for our activities! On one side we could walk a few steps to the bay, and the other side, we had about a 4 minute walk to the Pacific Beach. It's within walking distance to places for a pleasant meal out, but our kitchen was fully equipped to make a quick meal in. Wonderful vacation!

The property was charming, only steps from Mission Bay and a very short walk to the ocean. The three of us were very comfortable in the home. A fourth would have been a bit of a squeeze, but doable. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it actually is. The front garden has a very nice table and seats, but no place to just sit and enjoy the garden. The kitchen was more than adequate for the meals we prepared, although the selection of silverware could be improved. The host was very responsive to comments about the property and I expect this will be improved for the next guest. Overall, this was a very nice rental that we would go back to. And of course, the location was wonderful.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach, food and shops. House was cute, especially the courtyard. It was enclosed so our dogs were able to walk free. Everything we needed for our stay with our small dogs.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay here. The location is very convenient to Mission bay where we enjoyed Paddle boarding, and also to the ocean side. The owner was friendly and helpful. He allowed us to use his paddleboard, life jackets, and boogie boards. The manager communicated well and quickly addressed any concerns.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay. We were a little nervous when we first arrived when we couldn’t find the unit but you were immediately responsive and helpful and there were not any issues. Thank you so much for the hospitality. It was a perfect place for us!
