🌱Peaceful, private , beautiful outdoor space. Start and finish the day with your cup of coffee, mocktail, or glass of wine on either the spacious back patio or covered front porch. While enjoying the peace of the pond. Clean indoor space with great views of the pond with its wildlife. Or take a walk down to beautiful clean, clear Starvation Lake, 5 min walk.
Blackout shades in each bedroom for a good nights sleep . For odds and ends, Starvation lake general store and gas station… 500 ft. Hideaway Bar and grill >.25 mi.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Easy check in, backyard was nice to sit and overlook the lake. Easy access to trails with ample parking for out trailers.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice area for parking your ATV or snowmobile. My favorite spot in the house was in the recliner by the window that overlooks the pond. I go up north a couple of times a year and this is the first property I want to go back to.

Janet is a great host and her cottage is so comfy and well kept! The pictures look great, but this home looks even better in person! My family appreciated everything about our stay (the swing set, beautiful view of the pond, large bedrooms, quality of fixtures/furniture, etc). I can’t say enough positive things about our stay!

Second time staying here, Janet is very responsive to messages, the house is very tidy, plenty of room and in a great location for us. Very close to snowmobile trails as well! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for an adult weekend getaway with side by sides and relaxing. The hosts were great and everything was more than adequate for our needs. We are already planning a trip back next year.

Great place for trip up north. Fully stocked kitchen and great living area to relax in. As well as the outdoor patio.

Excellent stay

We had a great time at this cabin and it was conveniently located right next to the orv trails. Gas station was right across the road and the bar right down the road has excellent food. Would definitely stay here again.

Great summer get away

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We were there to ride our side x sides and the trails are very close as is the gas station and the Hide Away Bar for after riding dinner and drinks. Would definitely come back!

We love our northern Michigan property. It is truly an all season place. We have enjoyed many summers on the area lakes as well as torch lake, such an easy drive. Orv in the spring and fall, snowmobiling in the winter. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
