Great little place right on the water, walking distance to the hideaway bar and right across the street from the trail head. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

What a great vacation spot! There’s everything you could ask for. Pontoon boat, kayaks, campfire, convenience store and bar/restaurant both in walking distance. The cabin is very nice as well with all the convenience and comforts you could hope for. We forgot our fishing gear, but we will remember next year.

This was our second stay, we enjoyed the little cottage very much, beautiful lake and great location for the outdoor enthusiasts. We didn’t catch a single fish from the dock, but people were from kayaks out in the water. We brought ATVs to explore the local trails and ordered yummy pizza for dinner from the Hideaway Bar at the top of the driveway. There were 4 of us and the cottage is roomy and comfortable, kitchen stocked well for all that we needed. The beds were comfy and sheets are a great quality as were the bath linens. Thank you Rita for your great hospitality and communication!

Clean property directly off of the lake. Wifi never worked during our stay but we indulged in nature so no complaints.

Great location in northern Michigan. A nice clear lake, with sandy bottom and shallow walk out. Very happy to walk out the sliding door and onto sandy beach.Quick walk to the party store down the road and the boat launch next door was just lively enough to chat with folks if you want, but never too much commotion going on there.Would rent again.

My family and I stayed here for our summer vacation and really enjoyed it! The host replied back very quickly, the cottage/property were clean, and being right on the water was amazing! There was a very bad storm that came thru, which caused us to lose power, the host was very attentive to our needs and even brought over a generator. We loved the pontoon boat and my son/his dad caught quite a few trout and blue gill! We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay! Loved the location. The lake was lovely; CLEAR WATER SANDY BOTTOM! We did not swim because of the weather, but it would be a pleasant swim. You cannot go out on the balcony that is pictured (not sure why but there was a sign inside saying not to go on the balcony). Nice beds and towels. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Clean, right on the beach, right next to public access if you would like to use that, and pet friendly. Such a cute place with everthing you need!!

Always a favorite for us. The convenience of the atv trails right across the road. The restaurant an easy walk away. Direct access to the lake. We love the coziness the cabin brings. It truly is our fall favorite getaway!
