As you step foot inside the maple hardwood floors and the subtle ocean blue walls will set the relaxing tone for your stay. There is a dining room with seating for 6. The home is filled with natural light and the kitchen has a picture window that showcases the backyard oasis- a large screened in patio, fire pit and the sound of swaying bamboo. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, full fridge and freezer with water and ice-maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware and much more.
The coziest living room includes a couch and a papa-bear chair with over-sized plush cushions and pillows, sink in and enjoy streaming a movie, also has an antique cowboy chair that is perfect for lounging in with a good book.
The master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, all bedding and pillows, TV and armoire. The en-suite bathroom has the perfect layout for a couple who gets ready at the same time with a separate closing door to the shower and toilet from the vanity, all towels included.

On the other side of the house there are 2 guest rooms and a guest bath, each adorably decorated with you in mind. one room has a twin size bed with storage drawers beneath and the other room has 2 twin beds, all bedding and pillows included. UTC Mall and Lakewood Ranch is a quick 15-20 minute drive east or head south to Venice for some world renowned Sharks tooth hunting- find a meg!
