Daybreak is tucked into a beautiful mountain-home community where peaceful surroundings and Southern Utah adventure come together. Well-maintained gravel roads are perfect for morning walks and evening strolls, with opportunities for hiking, birdwatching and spotting local wildlife—including deer and wild turkeys—right near the property.

You’ll be ideally situated for exploring some of Southern Utah’s most spectacular destinations, including Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Even closer to home, local guides offer unforgettable slot canyon, rappelling and off-road adventures practically in our backyard.

Orderville also has some wonderful local flavor. Within about three miles you’ll find restaurants, casual eateries and coffee shops, with even more dining and shopping options a short drive away.

It’s an ideal location for guests who want easy access to Southern Utah’s iconic destinations while coming home to a quieter mountain setting at the end of the day.

Daybreak Studio is a fully equipped, private apartment located above a detached garage. During your stay, the studio and its amenities are yours to enjoy, including your own private hot tub, Traeger BBQ, designated parking, and complimentary EV charging for our guests.

A separate Daybreak Mountain Home is located nearby on the property and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The home and studio are completely separate rentals with their own spaces and entrances. The studio has been thoughtfully situated to maintain privacy, and our guests consistently enjoy the peaceful, private feel of their stay even when the neighboring home is occupied.

Please note that the garage below the studio is not included with your rental and is not accessible to guests.

Traveling with a larger group? The neighboring Mountain Home sleeps up to 16 additional guests and may be rented along with the studio when available. Feel free to ask us about booking both properties.

Daybreak Studio is a spacious, thoughtfully furnished studio apartment designed to give you plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring Southern Utah.

The open sleeping and living area comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a plush king bed, two twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Large windows fill the studio with natural light and showcase the beautiful mountain surroundings.

Gather around the dining table with seating for six for meals, games or planning the next day’s adventure. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dual-style coffee maker for both traditional brewed coffee and K-Cups, and two portable stovetop burners for cooking. Please note that the studio does not have a traditional oven. We provide K-Cups and essential supplies to help make mornings easy.

The spacious bathroom is one of our favorite features. A double-sink vanity area is separate from the private toilet room and oversized walk-in shower, making it much easier for families and groups to get ready at the same time.

You’ll also have your own stackable washer and dryer, with laundry supplies provided—especially convenient after hiking and outdoor adventures.

We provide quality bed linens, bath towels and essential guest supplies so you can pack a little lighter and settle right in.

Outside, your private hot tub and Traeger BBQ give you another place to relax, cook and enjoy the beautiful Southern Utah setting.

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, Daybreak Studio was created to be an easy place to come home to between adventures.

Orderville is a small, rural community, so having your own vehicle is highly recommended. There is no Uber, public transportation or local car rental service, but everyday essentials are surprisingly close.

Within about two miles of Daybreak, you’ll find a well-stocked grocery and hardware store, gas station, post office and several local cafés and eateries. The area is easy to navigate, and you’ll quickly discover that Orderville is filled with friendly locals and accommodating small-business owners who are happy to help visitors feel at home.

Golfers can also enjoy a local nine-hole golf course just four miles south of the studio.

One of the charms of staying here is having the necessities nearby while still enjoying the quiet, open spaces and slower pace of a Southern Utah mountain community.

Our studio is located above the garage and requires climbing one flight of stairs to access the apartment.

We are a non-smoking property, and only service animals are permitted.
