We really enjoyed our week at the house! Every day, we would get up and head out ... mostly to Zion, Bryce and just general exploring! At the end of the day, we would head back for a glass of wine on the porch and dinner

Can’t wait to come back! Jake’s place was as advertised, and we really enjoyed it. My favour part was coming home after a long day hiking and touring and then falling asleep with a book in the rocking chairs on the front patio. Jake was excellent to deal with. TimelyResponses to questions and a wealth of localInformation.

Host was very helpful with lots of information suggesting hikes/restaurant-all were spot on. We had rain - I was worried- but host was correct: Zion is beautiful in the rain and we had waterfalls. House was very comfortable, would definitely return. Thank you!

Property is isolated and very quiet. Easy to enjoy dark skies. Kitchen well supplied with appliances, dishes and utensils but no dishwasher. Laundry was excellent.

It was a beautiful property that really secluded you from the busy lifestyle people have. The host did a great job communicating and giving us recommendations of places to visit and eat at!

The house was absolutely wonderful! Spacious, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed the stars at night, so many more than we're used to seeing!The beds were really comfortable and the house has two full living areas with plenty of seating and TVs! There's several hammocks outside to enjoy and relax.The host communicated so well before and during our stay. We loved our stay!

Great property in a nice quiet location. Great for day trips into Zion and Bryce not too far away. Lots of room for a family of 5 to spread out. Kitchen had essentials. Really nice touches on decor in and outside of house. The Stave Spring Trail to East Rim Trail hike was a really cool surprise with canyon views.

We all had a wonderful stay in a perfect location! Everything was there that we needed. Ponderosa is close for a quick meal as well.Jake was a fantastic communicator and very responsive to us asking simple questions and recommendations! Would love to come back someday!

Quiet, peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. It was remote and very peaceful but the closeness of the Ponderose Resort meant we add easy access to good food and activities.

We had a very good stay and overall experience with this property. The owner was very helpful with good communication. They provided 'tips' and top attractions to help enhance our vacation. Everything was as stated and advertised. We would rent here again in the future! I liked the remote location and the fact that this property was not part of a 'cabin subdivision'.

Beautiful house set off the beaten path of Zion! I highly recommend the Observation Point hike, just a short mile and a half from the house. Best view of Zion! The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked! The beds were comfortable and as were the lounge areas. Check out the sky while you're there! Thank you for hosting us! We would definitely stay again!

Nice place - little tricky getting there. We enjoyed the space and secluded area after the busy park during the day. Very nice property with everything you could need inside. Very comfortable !

We stayed for the first night we had some issues but Jake, the hose was quick and easy to solve the problem for us! So we decided to stay another night, great job Jake! And thank you so much, we loved the cabin !

Quiet, secluded, comfortable cabin

The cabin was very roomy and very comfortable. It's on a dirt road a bit away from any towns, so be sure to get groceries on your way in. The seclusion also made for great stargazing! Good location for exploring Zion, especially the East Zion section. The host provided amazing information and communication before we arrived. We had a great time!

Short Stay but Great property

House was clean, owner provided lots of information on the area. We arrived late in the day and really appreciated the nearby resort restaurant as we forgot to stop for food before we arrived at the house. Renters should be aware that food should be purchased on the way to the property. The owner pointed this out but we forgot.

It is a nicely equipped house in a rural setting. The property manager sent us info on hikes nearby that did not require entering Zion National Park, which was helpful. We were pretty far from the main entrance of the park, but it was easy to get in from the side we were on. It was spring break and very warm so the park was very full, but we planned around that. My only concern was that it took 48 hours for the property manager to respond to our questions. The property is spacious and a great place to return after a day of hiking or biking.

Nice house for the price we paid. The bed in the upstairs room was great. There was a terrible smell in the upstairs bathroom that we could not figure out. New and larger shower heads in both bathrooms would be nice. The house was unfortunately not very clean when we arrived. The kitchen cupboards were dirty, there was a used towel in the downstairs bathroom and hair in the shower. Our last day was a little stressful due to the rain. As the house is accessible via a dirt road, if it rains the roads get very muddy and so we were stuck indoors.

lieu un peu reculé mais très bel environnement. la maison est comme décrite. Certains matelas sont un peu vieillissants et moins confortables. Des odeurs probablement dues aux évacuations et assainissement étaient souvent présentes à l extérieur. Nous avons apprécié la piscine du complexe proche auquel nous avions un accès gratuit. L hôte nous a très bien assisté pendant notre séjour.
