Located on a marina property on the Patapsco River, you will have access to resort amenities including the sand beach, pool, and kids playground. This one-bedroom apartment has all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, a full bathroom and sleeping accommodations for up to six people.

Easy and convenient

Wanted to fish Friday evening and again early Saturday morning. Eliminated the hour and a half drive back and forth. Great location and very nice accommodations

Lovely quiet place to stay

Only complaint was the batteries were dead on the thermostat. But really no big deal.

Osprey's Landing - Very Nice.

This place has a wonderful view of the water. It was very clean & peaceful. It was nice to have samples of coffee, shampoo, etc. available. During our stay there were 2 split system air conditioners with flashing led displays on the units (one in living room & one in bedroom) and 2 window units (one in kitchen & one in living room). Fortunately it was not really hot while we were there because the systems were hard to regulate (one in the bedroom didn't seem adequate). The TV was a smart tv but did not have any local channels & wouldn't accept input for our streaming service. Perhaps more detail instructions are needed. We had a nice stay even though the weather did not cooperate!

Wedding Stay

This was the perfect place to stay before my wedding! The view was gorgeous, it was within walking distance of the wedding venue and offered plenty of space for me and my family and bridesmaids to get ready. I will definitely return in the future for a vacation!

Very nice stay at ospreys landing

The apartment was very clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Sheets, towels, TP, kcups sugar, cream paper towels, hand soap dish soap, & ice pall conveniently provided. My mom and I really enjoyed being on the river front, such a lovely view and it’s a perfect location for visiting our Family in Pasadena. We lounged in the Adk chairs & also played horse shoes/bean bag toss. One thing I would suggest is a table lamp in the LR- I used one from the bedroom when I slept on the couch. Also we could’t figure out how to leave on the outside light for when we came home after dark. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in town.

Hidden Gem

The grounds, facilities and view are just great. Coffee at sunrise in an Adirondack chair right at the edge of the Chesapeake was amazing. Located at a marina/resort where the folks that work there staff are fantastic!

Second Summer Weekend Trip

Stay for the weekend with my wife and three children. We loved it! It was our second year back and we will most likely return in the future! Great convenient location with private beach and playground for kids. We used it as a launching pad to get into Baltimore.

Loved it!

I booked this property to get ready on my wedding day. It’s in a beautiful area and the wedding party took some great photos by the water. We loved the decor and it was clean. It’s a little difficult to locate. The home is hidden behind a leasing/property management office and there aren’t many lights, so we had to use a flashlight when looking for the correct door and hunting for the lock box. There were some bugs (a couple crickets) in the bathroom, but that’s to be expected with an outdoorsy place so it didn’t necessarily bother me. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend booking here!

A little hidden gem!

It is right on the water's edge with a little beach and even a pool! Cornhole, horseshoes and Adirondack chairs made for fun evenings. Everything was exactly as advertised and pictured. Place was clean, staff was accommodating and responsive. They thought of and provided so many nice little extras - coffee stuff (k-cups, sugar, half & half), bathroom stuff (toothpaste and flossers, hair ties, eyeglass wipes, and even tampons). Just bring some charcoal and enjoy!

Nice quiet spot

A nice, clean spot on the bay. It is the second time we stayed here and it is always relaxing. Even with inclimate weather, we had a comfortable stay.

Awesome stay on the water

Just as advertised. Pool is ridiculously close and so is the beach. Very easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only con I have is the temp. The house rules state to leave the ac at 70 degrees making it too cold at night times.

Quiet waterside stay

My husband and I enjoyed a short midweek getaway here. The house was immaculately clean with everything you need! We enjoyed kayaking on the river and loved the views from the house and property. The saltwater pool was very nice. When we were there it was very quiet and not many people were around.

A Short Stay At The Bay

It was very nice to stay. Nice full kitchen, except maybe add a cookie sheet and/or pizza pan. The only was that it was very cold in the house and we were not allowed to touch the thermostat. But there were plenty of blankets. The office staff were very friendly.

Fairly new Osprey landing established 2023. Very nice, cozy place. Homey. Great view to the bay. Overall great place, great experience. Will be back if have opportunity. Within an hour from DC. Thank you very much.

Perfect wedding prep location

Beautiful unit on the water with amazing views. It was a great place to gather for wedding preparation (hair/make-up) and fellowship right down the road from the venue (Celebration at the Bay).
