The amazing views and privacy make this place special, and the location is just as great! You're so close to everything Annapolis and the surrounding area have to offer. Such a classy, cozy place to stay. We loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Overall it is a great little place to stay that is back in a small community. The bed in the loft is just ok, but it has all the facilities and views needed for a nice getaway.

The tiny house is exactly as described. The stairs actually tip out so they’re not quite as scary as the listing picture seems. We loved the views and gardens. The sleep sofa was very comfortable. We would gladly stay here again!

It was a perfect place to stay to begin our vacation in Annapolis. The grounds are beautiful and it was lovely to wake up and see the sun shining off the water. Check in was very easy and the host was very pleasant.

What a beautiful little space. I loved having coffee by the water, and the cotton rounds for removing makeup and the kcups for coffee were appreciated!

The tiny house was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was soothing, calm and relaxing. I highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Everyone in the area was extremely friendly and helpful

The tiny house had everything we needed. The view was fantastic and we enjoyed sitting along the waterfront. The location was a short drive to the Annapolis waterfront and local dining options.

I absolutely loved this VRBO! It is close to USNA where I was visiting my son yet you feel like you’re in a quiet old growth forest next to the ocean- peaceful, wonderful and interesting to walk around the neighborhood, and just enough space for our needs. I would love to stay here again.

This tiny house and the property it sits on is simply magical! Beautiful views of the gardens and water can be seen from every window. The tiny house is well appointed and the design and details of the house were well thought through. The finishes in the bathroom are beautiful. It provided my husband and me the perfect place to escape and unwind from life for a couple of days. Thank you to our hosts and we can’t wait for the opportunity to come back again!

Excellent location nearby Annapolis but secluded with a view overlooking water. Beautiful tiny home. This is our second stay at this location. They designed the tiny home expertly and it comfortably housed me and my friend for the weekend. I highly recommend this quaint getaway.
