Great for the price. The motel of VRBOs would be my best description. Plenty of space for what we needed though and no issues during our stay.

Perfect location, everything you need, quiet

Perfect location. Close to the big cities but far enough away to relax. Lots of shopping close by. Very clean. Trent is an excellent communicator. We highly recommend and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. We picked it because I grew up in Crofton and my mom lives close by.

Charming Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect. It is super cute and clean. Three bedrooms as advertised. Very quiet area. We love the fact that it has a piano. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful place

Was in town for a conference in Annapolis. This spot was a short drive from the conference, close to good restaurants, and nice and quiet. The place itself was great, comfy bedrooms and a nice living room downstairs.

Great Stay

Trent was a great host, communicative and helpful. We stayed for the Maryland Renaissance festival and it was a great location- about 15-20 minutes from the festival. We also went to DC which was about 30 minutes away. House was clean and spacious. Bring your own Keurig pods and shower products.

On a scale of 1 to 10. I give it a 5

The house was as pictured. There were open food containers left in the refrigerator. A flower pot in the deck was broken. There were cob webs on the back of the house as well as between the window and screens of the bedroom. Overall a decent stay, but a lot of cleaning details were missed. It seemed as though there hadn't been anyone staying there in quite some time.

Comfortable and a great central location.

The condo was exaclty as pictured. We stayed there because the places we wanted to were no more than an hour away. There is a grocery store nearby. We rented an electric car and the library right bext door had a charging station. It was so convient.

Great location!

Mom traveling solo with 3 kids and we could not have been more pleased with this rental! Great, safe, quiet location. Walkable area. Tons of conveniences within a few minutes. Great communication from owner who was very accomodating. Well appointed townhouse, beautifully decorated and clean, fully stocked kitchen with almost anything you'd need to prepare meals. We will stay here again when we travel back to visit friends.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Trent’s property and would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to the area.very nice place, and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable and everything we needed was provided (clean linens, paper products, parking, etc.).

Convenient for us

The place was great for us because of the proximity to our family. There were a couple of things that need attention. The front door sticks so you have to put your shoulder to it to get in. Also, the top step to the bedrooms was a little loose and the second to the top was cracked so we were very careful coming up and down the stairs. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring all that Washington, D.C. has to offer. I spend my mornings walking through the National Mall, taking in the awe-inspiring monuments and memorials that honor the sacrifices of so many brave men and women. In the evenings, I like to sample the city's delicious dining scene and attend cultural events at the many museums and galleries.

I am also an active member of my local veterans' community and take great pride in giving back to others who have served. Whether it's volunteering at a local VA hospital or participating in fundraising events, I feel it's important to support those who have dedicated their lives to defending our country.
